Great video. My 2015 Mustangs heater was all over the place... hot, cold, nothing... but the blower worked. Thought it might be the blend door actuator but it turned out that it was something totally different: A small leak in the radiator house drained the overflow reservoir to the point that it tripped the "low coolant level sensor". This sent my heater wacky. Temp fix: Fill the overflow reservoir. Permanent fix: Replace the hose.
when the actuator is removed, should you be able to turn the knob that controls the flap? mine does not move at all, and I have hot air out of 3 vents and only a little AC from one vent
for your info, there are 3 door actuators on Fiesta: 604-400 Mode actuator (driver side), 604-251 Air Inlet (behind the glove case) and the 604-322 Temperature actuator (at the left of glove case near controls)

When I drive on the freeway and reach about 60-70 MPH I hear a clicking cricket sound noise...is it possible for this to be the problem even thought it doesn't seem to have anything to do with how I set the heat/AC? It only happens when I reach 60-70 miles per hour.
My 2006 Mazda Tribute the A/C only comes out of the Defrost vent and NOTHING out of the dashboard vents . Is this part the problem ? I don’t understand why no air comes out of the dash vents , but cool air does come out by feet and windshield. Thanks

Try glove compartment 1st. Leaves & debris get caught in there,& that flap can b loose,or fallen down completley.

I put my head down and saw the air mix flap motors on the both side they are when I put on 23°c it always slowly goes up and opens on 33 (hottest) so what's the problem the motors or the climate unit

I have a similar problem in my 2009 Ford Fiesta. I've tried to change the Heater Flap Position motor but the problem still remains. The Heater Flap Position motor is working but instead of only opening/closing a percentage of the door according to the set temperature, it only fully opens the blend door in the High mode, but if I turn it to 28º or 27º, it automatically fully closes the door. It should only close a bit, and only if I set the temperature to 16º (minimum) should fully close the door. Do you have any idea of what the issue could be? Thank you!
Question, my temperature is stuck on cold on my vehicle (heat will not blow out even if you set to heat). Also there is about a 1 minute delay of the ac panel turning on (no air will blow through the system and the led panel which usually shows what temp and if the air is blowing to the feet or face is completely blank until that minute or so is up then the panel will turn on and the cold air can start blowing) would that also be the blend door actuator causing that?

Mine opens and closes for a few minutes after start up. Then it acts normal. 2011 Charger RT.

Check your ac fan/radiator fan. It may also just need more freon
Ac fan or if you have diesel engine maybe your main fan is lack of silicon oil

I think it's great that English is obviously not his first language, but he speaks it very well! That's more than I can say for alot of natural born American citizens! Lol!

I have a older 98 ford Taurus as a commute car, recently it started lightly Ticking behind dash , if I move the temp control knob just a little bit towards warm, the ticking stops, if I move it back down it starts ticking again, even though fan is off, would that be also the same part to check, driving me crazy, thanks...
