I miss the Food Network. I don't mind Guy Fieri and the Guy Fieri Network, but I preferred the good old Food Network with cozy shows that showed you how to cook like this a lot more.
I recently had a job as a grill cook at a local Italian themed restaurant here in the states,; although i figured from the beginning that my time there would be limited simply do to my lack of experience in a professional kitchen (i had never worked in a kitchen before, and then starting on the grill,,, yeah) well, in the end i was let go reportedly due to my lack of speed at the grill, believe me i have no regrets about this coming to an end. I consider myself a self-proclaimed home chef (not a professional chef by any means) i have used many spices outside the norm but,, to be honest, until tonight 11:40 pm central time on September 19th, 2017 i never once thought about repurposing leftovers. What an unbelievable idea LOL, thank you so much for what you do here you most likely don't really (i mean really) know the impact you have. Thank you!!
