Hear me out: I think if you abuse your 6 year old to the point that they need CPR and that CPR kills them, I think you should still be convicted of your child’s murder. Your child wouldn’t have been receiving CPR in the first place if you hadn’t abused them. You put them in that situation. You made them need CPR in the first place. @cjo7277 It was bacteria that lives on the skin, throat etc. It can be pushed deeper into the body by intubation (ie it gets onto the tube as they put an airway in to keep his respiration going) if he had pneumonia they would have had evidence of that whilst he was alive. I've had pneumonia myself and it showed on chest xray and with my breath sounds as they listened with a stethoscope.

Several drs have stated these facts. No evidence of infection. No high temperature. Nothing abnormal or indicative of an infection in any of his blood tests. We have bacteria on our skin and in our nose and throats this can be driven further into the body as they put a tube into his airway to aid his breathing. Thats what they found in the cultures after Corey died. I've had pneumonia and it was very clear at the time. Justice for little Corey.

If it wasn't on xray for any reason they would hear it by listening to his lungs. There would be signs imo especially if severe enough to cause death. My pneumonia was mild (thankfully) but showed on chest xray. Mine also happened within 3 days as was in A & E with covid on Wednesday (nothing on chest xray) was back in A & E on the Friday as my condition worsened and xray showed pneumonia. So pneumonia can happen fast but I doubt it set in in a matter of hours.

I’m extremely baffled by his finding in the year 2024. 😮 IF he had pneumonia, *when* did he get it? Because when you are stagnant in a hospital it’s easy to get pneumonia there. He can get pneumonia at a faster rate with open wounds. Question is, what made him die? Natural causes is not the answer. You guys need to stop. Every American citizen has the constitutional right to a defense in a prosecutorial process. This is how our justice system works. Take the information in for yourself, and come to your own conclusions, which is exactly what the jury of his peers will do.

Have you looked into it? CPR can and usually does cause internal injuries cracked ribs and lacerated livers are common.
@@terryruggiero1718but not hearts and spleens… along with the fact that there were healing internal injuries let’s not forget it wasn’t just one heart injury… everyone seems to be skating around that! Also, if the risk of as this expert said, having a patient bleed out in 2 min from a heart laceration from CPR and it was so common, I am quite sure by now it would be widely known and they would have come up with something better. Seems like the risk would outweigh the reward!

Amen. I tried a case involving the beating death of a four-year-old boy and the pathologist described lacerated internal organs just like Dr. Andrew, the prosecution's forensic pathologist, described Corey's heart and liver.

My father was a ARMY officer and he was never held accountable. First my brother killed himself then my younger sister shot herself through her stomach. I don't know how someone can have knowledge or deep suspicion about child abuse but not report it. I couldn't live with myself if I let another person let alone a child suffer. People please speak up, you can make a difference. No one should have to suffer.

Soooo…..pneumonia just happened to strike after Corey was discharged from the hospital with no known cause and killed him in a matter of hours? And the lacerations are just from cpr done as he was dying?
Doesn’t pass the smell test to me. If Corey was immunocompromised, maybe, but he literally had a work up less than 24 hours before he died and he was physiologically stable.

The child is clearly scared of his father. The child was probably afraid to cry or say no. The father looks like an bitter angry man. I can’t stand watching it. So sad.

I grew up looking up to and wanting to be the next Michael Baden. When I was a teenager I was so fascinated by him and thought he was the best. I’m extremely baffled by his finding in the year 2024. 😮 IF he had pneumonia, *when* did he get it? Because when you are stagnant in a hospital it’s easy to get pneumonia there. He can get pneumonia at a faster rate with open wounds. Question is, what made him die? Natural causes is not the answer. Maybe his natural birth Father was the cause, but the body didn’t die without “blunt force,” help.
I think it’s time to retire and relax now. Medical technology and education has advanced.
