I recently tried your braised yuba recipe, it was great! Really tasty, I'll definitely have it as a staple. Is lao gan ma a good option for the chili oil in this recipe? Will try this one too
@@EastMeetsKitchen Just checked the chili oil recipe, I have the ingredients so I'll give it a try as well. A decent amount of chinese ingredients are available here in Chile, but Sichuan chili oil doesnt seem to be at the bigger chinese stores.
