Saw those pancakes and think if that is a pre event meal for you, look up oatmeal/banana pancakes. Just like a pancake but better for you and probably a better carb source that just plain pancakes.

Is there one where people aren't on TT bikes? Sort of tempted to see what I do but prefer if Vs light and aero bikes that aren't TT

What do you do with your gel wrappers once consumed? Risk losing time stashing them on body /bike but hopefully they don’t end up by the side of the road?

Nopinz need to make a warm up gilet with their indoor cooling packs inserts for pre race. More than happy to test and be sent it for free

@@AlexDowsettOfficial clearly race organizers and UCI are secretly sponsored by pins and number plates. I found it so funny that we now have aero fully integrated cockpits in gravel, but required to pin a number on the bars and not allowed to bend it

Just under 29.3 mph for the winner for 100 miles. Just about everyone on the time sheet was under 4 hours. Yikes!!!!!
