I haven't heard anyone speak yet about the long term health impact this will have. We know that many of the rescuers and witnesses on the ground at 9-11 have died from cancers and respiratory diseases. Between what is in the bombs, shrapnel, construction dust, etc. I shudder to think what the fallout will be.
If you walk down the stairs from the 3rd floor, your body suffers the same loss of potential energy as it does if you jump from the 3rd floor. So your analogy means nothing. Many small bombs don't equate to one large bomb in terms of damage. And the proof for that is that Hiroshima killed around 100,000 people. Even lying Hamas doesn't claim nearly such a large amount.

If you were at war with France you could. If in that war you beat France you might well chose to redraw some borders so as to relocate Paris. Such restructuring happens throughout history as the normal course of events.
The bit of land identified as "Palestine" in the post WW1 Mandate hadn't previously had any distinct identity, and it wasn't owned by Palestinians, or even by Arabs. It had been land ruled by the Ottoman Empire, and so owned by the Turks. It had no formal status within that Empire, even as a district.
Upon the Ottoman Empire being defeated in WW1 by the Allies, the Allies decided, with the backing of the League of Nations, to dismember and redistribute the southern lands of the Ottoman Empire.
When finally the decision was taken as to how to redistribute those lands, the Arabs received almost all it, including the whole of Iraq, Transjordan, Syria and Lebanon, and half of Palestine.
The land given to the Jews - half of Palestine - was but a tiny fraction.

I wish the organizers had made the session longer. An average academic conference presents panels on which four speakers are given 20 minutes each (maybe it's 15 minutes now?!) and there is a Q&A afterwards.

There are no monolog of him narrating the event but there are various channels where max reference us to his sources some are directly from Israeli people and the idf, where you can track down the oct7. He also challenges the mainstream on their evidences regarding their claims, but non comply up to this day.
These are two great men who deserve the utmost respect from all people of good conscience across the globe.
Peled's mentioning of the South Africa boycott and how that external pressure brought that apartheid government to its knees is, in my estimation, of critical importance. We must all support the BDS movement unreservedly to bring massivr economic preesure to bear. That pressure along with further Houthi and other militant actions is the only way we ordinary folk can hope to effect change in Palestine.
Today after I got up, the first thing I did was open UA-cam hoping to hear some good news about war in Palestine. For the sake of the Palestine population, world and mental peace and morality, there are people who are willing to stand for the truth against evil.

What a wonderful pairing of these two courageous truth-tellers. Thank you both! In 2006, I attended a day-long teach-in on the subject of Israeli apartheid. Even though I was not a Zionist beforehand, it really opened my eyes. Maps and films really helped. We need teach-ins like that all over the country.

Miko Peled was outstanding as was Max I regularly follow. I used to think a 2 part was a solution was good, like many might give a way ahead, however it is riddled with unfairness & no democracy,. I'm so glad this so called solution has been erased in my mind for good.

Young people don’t rely on the legacy media, they can see with their own eyes, they are less racist and more in support of social justice, and they support Palestine. And I agree with Max and Miko, one free and democratic state, equal rights for all. How to disarm and regulate the settlers, how to deal with the virulent and violent supremacist views held by so many Israelis? Extremely difficult. But as Miko said, SA’s transformation seemed impossible. In a generation things could look dramatically different, when Bibi and Gallant et al are gone.

The problem is really not simple, especially since she is not 75 years old at all, and it all started not in 1948, but much earlier, from 1917, from the beginning of the British Mandate, when, due to the broad back of the British, migrants, putting together gangster groups, began their criminal attacks against Palestinian families, at first these were families, and then entire villages, and these monstrous crimes grew, and by 1948 they reached their peak, and then they occurred constantly, giving way only to periods of more sluggish aggression, then again active and assertive , and again more or less tolerable, Palestinians live their entire lives in conditions of repression, they are already accustomed to violence against them, entire generations grow up without seeing a normal life.

I agree with you, there is too much grief, humiliation and loss on the Palestinian side, no one will ever forgive this, and should not forgive, it is in human nature, there is a point of no return, which Israel crossed a very long time ago, and the events of our days have finally made peace impossible, project this onto yourself, your children, families of loved ones and relatives, be honest with yourself, this cannot be forgiven, never, only the Prophets and the righteous could do this, but not ordinary people.
I am from South Africa now living in Canada because we were living under oppression from the white government. We could not vote in South Africa. Nelson Mandela (Madiba) spent 27 years in jail to fight for our freedom. I am so proud of the present South African government for standing with the Palestinians.
