What do you prefer between St Cloud and Clermont? And which is more diverse?

I personally love both equally. I think once both of their large developments are complete it’ll be easier to chose between the two. Those developments being Sunbridge in St. Cloud and Olympus development Town Center & Wellness Way in Clermont. However if I had to pick today I would probably chose Clermont due to its topography and proximity to some of my other favorite areas.

Don't move to st. Cloud. every local is leaving. its like little puerto rico . crime went up ,, way up, . its not the same charm it use to have. osceola county is being destroyed. even my friends from PR is moving . go to north fl , its quiet and great jobs left.

Nah St. Cloud is great, beautiful homes, growing city, calm, and compared to places I have loved before (Orlando, Ocala, etc) it’s pretty safe.

I prefer Hallandale beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities, and good nightlife.🇺🇸🫡
