Where do you even get access to these camera and rehearsal scripts? I see them being used as reference all over the place but can't find any sources for them
The camera scripts are available on the CD soundtracks as extras and some are on the Blu-ray animations and Collection boxsets. The rehearsal script was donated by a friend who had received it from the actor Ian Fairbairn before he passed away
Does Ben call Jamie "me old 'aggis" at some other point? I am sure I have heard it on Loose Canon. I think it is part of the genius of The Macra Terror that it mixes the merry with the sinister.
Interesting but a bit on the nose. In all probability cut for timing after rehearsal more than anything else

@@DavidGP1983 Thanks
By the way, am I the only one who likes those cheery tunes?
I too love the tunes. It is also good that they are dramatically necessary - adding to the theme that nothing is what it seems!
Thanks for sharing some missing examples of the Ben/Polly/Jamie dynamic

Ben calls Jamie “me old ‘aggis” at the start of the first episode of The Underwater Menace when describing the TARDIS
@@DavidGP1983 Ah thank you!
