(Why am asking is, straw or hay or cane will take time to ferment than cow Dung rite)

Why dont you feed the corn to cows, and the cow dung to biogas fermenter??

The cow dung is more a catayst as it already contains methanogenic bacteria (from cattle stomach).The cow dung biogas yield is about 8 times lower than that of maize silage. Think logically. You eat an initial quantity and you excrete what it's not useful. But you retain what is useful. Practically you now claim that what you take in is same useful as what you give out. Nope!
