- (English version) The video shows how renewable energy is used in a large scale biogas plant. Maabjerg in Denmark is home to this large biogas plant, which is combined with a large cogeneration plant. Using manure from the local farming community, the biogas produces heat and electricity. The process uses the generators´ waste heat, in addition to the power from the electric generators.

Loves These biogas videos. I created my own biogas right at home a small biogas i built very cheap. I actual run a two small motors with the biogas .
Amazing Technology..
wonderful!
Outstanding
excellent
Great
Xcellant
Like it
is it possible for us to meet the people behind this project for a interview
We should be doing this today, sad the oil companies want let it happen.
Just make it happen. It's free energy!
Excellent , can any one communicate capacity utilisation and performance of the plant
Reducing CO2 emissions? I'm guessing, the trucks run on diesel, right?
Biodiesel electric Hybrid
They can run off the biogas for short distances or you upgrade it and freeze it to like -50 degrees Celsius (approx not accurate) to make liquid natural gas for the trucks.
Check out my biogas playlist
Does it matter???? If the net result is that greenhouse gas emissions are reduced (and I highly doubt that a truck would cancel out more than a tiny fraction of the greenhouse gas emissions saved by not powering a large area like that with fossil fuels), then emissions are still reduced. Focus on the big picture instead of trying to outsmart everybody.
the objective is not only one truck.
@@lukesmithy372 do you know how much it will cost to install something like this for 1600 cow heads?
