@@abdulhadeed8757 in my opinion it was something similar to what happened in "your name", where the future is connected with the past, i don't know how to explain it well but if you're curious what the movie "your name/kimi no na wa" and some things will become clearer. It's produced by the same studio and its overall an amazing movie ♡
In my opinion, this is my favorite Shinkai's title. I watched the movie today, cried as there are sooo many subtle melancholic messages lying around here and there in this amazing anime. And i'm a sucker for subtle unspoken messages. And your video succeeded in prolonging the shedding of my long undrained tears lol. Thanks Cinema Tokyo for this video.

Did anyone else get the feeling the keystone (white cat) was the spirit of her mother? I definitely thought that was going to get revealed near the end.

For example, when Suzume asks Daijin „Do you want to be our child?“ This was translated differently in German. So the parallel was not that obvious. I like very much your 2. point. That was deep!❤
I didn't watch Kiki's Delivery Service, but as I looked for the songs Serizawa played in his car someone wrote that the song of Yumi Matsutoya (Lipstick Message) was played in Kiki's Delivery Service too!
A few more things I noticed 1. The movie was released in Japan 11.11.22 mirroring the earthquake - 3.11.2011 (11s!). 2. at the end of the movie, Suzume looks like a Japanese shrine priestess (Miko) with her red and white outfit. Thoughts?
Yeah, unfortunately single mothers are seen as disgusting. Suzume’s aunt really wouldn’t be able to find many people interested in her. She may not be Suzume’s biology mom but she appears as used goods.
I'm sure there are many more interesting details in Suzume. Please let me know the details that you found in the comments section!

Yeah I also thought that she had had a near death experience. A little 4yo child lost in the snow for who knows how long.
