2008 Mini Clubman S walk around video with some rev ups

I bought this clean title 08 Clubman S from IAA site unseen. ran and drove. but upon arrival it has multiple misfires. engine runs quiet. I replaced the coil packs and spark plugs. I might change the PCV valve too alone with a temp sensor. If not that, then it probably needs a timing chain. then I might just part it out.
