You can only move as fast as you can engage. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast. A proficient sniper takes 3-5 seconds to acquire and engage his target. With that being said, this is really really fast given his accuracy.
His handgun skills good but his close-range rifle skill needs more speed, clearing a room with his rifle that slow he would be dead. Accuracy wins fights I know, smooth and easy i know that's what you should focus on but we both know you need speed which will come with practice, But his handgun skills really good.
Great job. The JDF training standard is extremely high. For a new recruit in training you are doing fantastic. When you finally graduate you will be proud of yourself

@ title: A more tactical kneeling position (when under fire you need to move quickly, in a praying position sorta defeats that), more muzzle discipline while moving, integrate reloading and corrective action as weapons misfeed and run out of ammo. Overall 5.5/10.
