The main issue with female issues is females only. The first thing to change is the attitude of females. I was successful in my career and was growing but 2 females were the problem and then I had to back off and make second options. But I've decided to do what matters to me no matter what. So, what I'm telling is that we females should be independent and be free to take decisions that matter to us irrespective of whether husband and his family supports or not. People usually ask a wife, did you ask your husband but do they ask a husband that whether he asked his wife.The answer is simple NO. We should give birth and the name is always the father's. Fortunately or unfortunately I have not sat without job even for a day after college. I understood the value of job from my mom's life. We lost our father when I was 7 . She struggled a lot for her education till BEd and got a job. But my father was totally against a working woman concept because he has not seen any in his family and he thought it was very second grade 🙄. She fought and retained her job. Because of her resistance me and my sis were not dependent on anyone after father's death. So it's mandatory for every girl to be independent at some point of life

Fortunately or unfortunately I have not sat without job even for a day after college. I understood the value of job from my mom's life. We lost our father when I was 7 . She struggled a lot for her education till BEd and got a job. But my father was totally against a working woman concept because he has not seen any in his family and he thought it was very second grade 🙄. She fought and retained her job. Because of her resistance me and my sis were not dependent on anyone after father's death. So it's mandatory for every girl to be independent at some point of life
