I had an accident and developed a gap in my knee bone. I am a heavy women. All doctors advised complete bed rest
I work as a Principal. And around the time I met with the accident, I was working as a founder Principal. My school was about to re-open in a week's time, admissions were going on in full swing. I was left with very little or rather no choice.
I made a choice of not confining myself on the bed, rather take care while moving around.
People could hear my bones crackling, I used to scream aloud whenever I had to sit. But nothing stopped me, I kept going without missing out on a single day.
I realised that day, it's all in the mind.
