Acetone won't stay down, the stomach will get rid of it. I know my daughter at 4 years old was sleep walking and drank it . I called poison control and they said she would be fine because it would come up. I called the hospital after she had thrown up and they said since she had expelled it that they didnt need to see her she would be fine. She was and shes 43 now.
