They may no longer physically discipline their children, but these two really haven’t changed at all. It’s just another level of toxicity and has moved on to other things. I still feel for the children because regardless, they’re still caught in the middle of all this chaos and drama. Cheating & revenge cheating etc… an std 3 times in 3 yrs (while pregnant all 3 times). The fact that they draw the line at certain points, but won’t divorce… Those poor babies. The thought of everything they’ve witnessed & been through over the years (still are), is just as sad. Hopefully they break this vicious cycle as they get older . I’m so tired of the “family should stay together/for the kids” excuse. It’s selfish and not fair to the kids, especially when it’s constant back & forth drama & no one wants to be one/first to call it quits and walk away. In this case, it’s obvious neither of them are happy. The fact that he refused to see what Steve was saying about happiness & stability (or lack thereof)…A hot ass mess all around. His whole thought process on men vs women & their values when it comes to how many people they sleep with, his whole “I can, but you can’t” mindset, the way he justified & excused what HE did🥴. They’re both f’d up individuals in their own way.
