Curtis is intelligent - Men should try celibacy- it does mess with your mind woman or man. You can see what people really want from you and connection. He looks so happy and peaceful. So happy for him.
Many do, and don't get the same satisfaction from it that Curtis seems to, assuming he's not just talking smack. It probably helps that Curtis is rich, decent looking, and is most clearly on the supply side of romance rather than the demand side. He is not someone who would have a problem finding a date or a one night stand. It can be more difficult for the rest of us, since the line between voluntary and involuntary celibacy gets blurry. Are you really alone and avoiding sexual encounters because you want to be, or because you don't have other options? If the other options aren't constantly available, many justifications just feel like sour grapes.
Ya know, its good seeing 50 after all these years - I've been a fan since 2003 and when he hit the scene big - All these years later he's still pushing, working for it! Good on him

He speaks such truth. Not hating women, He just considers them to be too much of a liability for him and he sets those boundaries against himself, not others. Even his "Happy Hostage" remark on marriage rings true. Whenever I hear from married men, all they say is to constantly appease the woman under threat of some form of sexual / financial/ emotional blackmail....and that's NOT smart money. EVERYTHING about this guy is GAME.
Even though celebs and athletes get a bad wrap for their immorality etc. a lot of them have to be smart to protect their pockets otherwise some gold digger will walk away with half their money and or child support. Unfortunately there are women out there just trying to extort money and lifestyle off them and some happily oblige to and or fall for it others have to be more careful. I grew up with a kid who’s parents owned a wealthy national company and even he was careful (when he became an older teenager lol) about who and what he was dating bc of the repercussions of it.
Sheesh! Who are these men you surround yourself with? Nearing 60 here, none of the men I know are constantly appeasing ANYONE, nor their women are expecting compliance!

50 is a good man. He's one of the very few who don't need a woman to thrive. Even Stephen was like howwww? like trying to convince 50 he's lonely and that it can only be fixed by a woman. No, if you truly enjoy your own company and have plenty of things going on in your life, it's hella fulfilling. I'd argue it's much more fulfilling than having a spouse.
I've been single and celibate for over 20 years. Own everything I have and am nearly set up for retirement at 65 - a few more years of work will sort that out. Don't need nor want a partner as I hate living with other people and am not all that comfortable socialising so I spend ~95% of my spare time alone and am very happy that way. Disappointed in Stephen for trying to push his marital beliefs onto others. Not everyone feels lonely when alone and not everyone needs a partner to feel complete so be happy in your own lifestyle and let others be happy in their's. If you feel lonely when you're alone, maybe learn to entertain yourself better?!
I’m 64, I agree with you. My favorite person to be with is myself. I enjoy being alone. I believe you have to be happy with yourself before you can be happy with others.
I don't think Stephen was pushing any beliefs on Curtis. It was all for comedy. I'm sure Colbert is wise enough to recognize Jackson's own wisdom in remaining single if couplehood will not be for his betterment.
I've been celibate for nearly 8 years now, and it's so liberating, just focus on myself and family, friends, working. But I have felt the urge for more sexual relationships, with good emotional mature values aka a lifepartner. But that urge gets fast overturned when reality hits and most men in my experience aren't very familiar with themselves and lack introspection and good wholesome values. This was very refreshing and honest. Love the vibe they have. Maybe Curtis should be considered a part of the crew over at the late show!
Been celibate for 5 years now. Completed two university degrees with a 3.5 GPA or higher (95 % +) during that time and was a contributing author for a couple of history anthology books. Haven't met a man that I wanted to date seriously, much less anything else, in the past 5 years.
I mean in fairness you can do stuff like this in a relationship that’s actually supportive too- I worked full time and got my masters with a 4.0 while in a new relationship- it’s not for everyone, but some partners take the stress off more than they add to it ….but I’d agree with you in my personal experience those types of partners are hard to come by
Dre, Snoop, Cube, Fiddy, Ice-T, LL, their street smarts taught them how to hustle and to know what is real... Now they are all gazzilionairres... Good on em!
It kills me how you CAN BE HAPPY and ENJOYING LIFE as a Single Person and people (married) ALWAYS find a problem with you having NO PROBLEMS (other romantic people) in your life. Especially if you made the WISE DECISION to NOT get married. Chosen Celebacy while being Single is a gift. Connecting with your TRUE SELF w/o INTERRUPTION is the icing on the cake.
All about money, keeping it to yourself. I don’t care about the romantic conversation, but what about philanthropy? What about helping ease the pain of others? I’m tired the definition of success being how much money you can hoard-
I hate it when people force people to find someone in their life and get married. Leave him be. Some people are just happy living on their own. Everyone doesn't need someone to make them whole.
@@sYnSilentStorm Only if you are a bad judge of character. Its worked great for almost 10 years in my case. Not a cake walk by any means but, no matter where you go, there you are.
Yes! Lucky no. 8❤ Same, and what a difference my soul is at peace.
@@kimberly-gm9nqthat part😇
Love this interaction 🤣🤣🤣. I forgot it was an interview
IT IS 50!!
Seeing 50 back on the show and their camaraderie and jokes have increased. 🔥🔥😂😂
Nice rendition of A Lil Bit
Been celibate for 5 years now. Completed two university degrees with a 3.5 GPA or higher (95 % +) during that time and was a contributing author for a couple of history anthology books. Haven't met a man that I wanted to date seriously, much less anything else, in the past 5 years.
Love this ❤❤❤
I mean in fairness you can do stuff like this in a relationship that’s actually supportive too- I worked full time and got my masters with a 4.0 while in a new relationship- it’s not for everyone, but some partners take the stress off more than they add to it ….but I’d agree with you in my personal experience those types of partners are hard to come by
that's good you used your creative sexual energy to achieve your goals
50 is class
I'm from Ireland and I love seeing 50 winning 🍀🌎💙💪💯💯💯
I adore 50!! 68 here, so I can recognize an awesome man!❤️👏
This was a great interview ❤😂
Dre, Snoop, Cube, Fiddy, Ice-T, LL, their street smarts taught them how to hustle and to know what is real... Now they are all gazzilionairres... Good on em!
You forgot one
50 cent is the prime example of "Consistency and Perseverance is the key to success"
he is so humble and cute🥹😍🥰
These 2 together are the best.😂😂😂😂😂
Curtis is a cross between Mr T and Mike Tyson.
More like Mister T and Mike Johnson
Steven is one of the most likable TV personalities in my opinion. He seems like he is always being himself and he can relate to anyone.
Love these two guys together.... Keep the interviews coming..❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
All about money, keeping it to yourself. I don’t care about the romantic conversation, but what about philanthropy? What about helping ease the pain of others? I’m tired the definition of success being how much money you can hoard-
Look up his G-Unity foundation, he does a lot of philanthropy
Diddy do it? Documentary is coming, executive producer, 50 cent and the money is going to charity and he invests from which he makes even big profits.
Love Fifty,& Curtis even more with each interview..The love & loyalty he shows is great !
50 is refreshing, don't get locked into a marriage or relationship just because society tells you to
50 is so charismatic. My goodness, I love everything about this man!
I hate it when people force people to find someone in their life and get married. Leave him be. Some people are just happy living on their own. Everyone doesn't need someone to make them whole.
a natural comedian, this is such a hilarious interview 😂😂
When you are nearly a billionaire, it’s a bad decision to get married. He isn’t wrong.
“He isn’t wrong” …like you just know from experience 😂
It's a bad decision to get married period. There's literally no upside to it.
Well, especially in California... It's an alimony and community property state...
Bro just has to have a great prenuptial agreement for her...
@@sYnSilentStorm Only if you are a bad judge of character. Its worked great for almost 10 years in my case. Not a cake walk by any means but, no matter where you go, there you are. Most relationship problems come from a lack of self reflection and purposeful compromise. No relationship will work unless you chose to put it back together after it breaks, and they all break eventually.
@@OBTX91 you can still be in a long term relationship without being married.
This was fantastic! Both of them roasting each other in the most hilarious way 👍👍
Good morning, love from Germany ❤
The MAN responsible for the Power Universe, thanks 50 for the show and the excitement!!! And dont let Stephen talk smack to you, lol😂😂😂I love how 50 and Stephen interact!!!
50 is a legend 🗽
Love this interview!
