    0 kelvin pr motion stop ho jata h to valen band me kese electron ghum rahe h isse 0 degree celcius kehna sahi rahega na

    • @anuradhaneopaney3014
      @anuradhaneopaney3014 6 років тому +4

      Abhishek Dubey 0 Kelvin pey motion stop nahi hota hain.balki 0 kelvin mein valence electrons ko enough energy nahi mil pati,to jump from balence band to conduction band,whereas,in room temp i.e, in 300k mein enough energy mil jati hain to jump in conduction band and it acts as a conductor.

    Sir what if each semiconductor atom lose 2 electrons...
    Hence for 1000 intrinsic atoms there will be 2000 free electrons and 2000 holes?? So does the relation fails?

    • @YuvrajSisodia
      @YuvrajSisodia 5 років тому

      No not all the atoms present loses the electron
      There is no such case mentioned

  • @kevkonk
    @kevkonk 2 роки тому

    Can anybody clarify? Does doping make the atom charged?
    I always understood that they became charged when the depletion area was being formed, hence the electric field….
    But if the doped neg charged atoms lose the electron in that case surely the atom would have no charge so how could it produce positive field on PN junction?

    if current due to hole is happening in velence energy, this means it exists in insulators also?
