man you did a great job here on this review/preview and you only scratched the surface of this thing’s capabilities! i’ve had the Aeros, BB, and Midi Maestro for a couple years now and they’re all incredible pieces of kit. that latest Aeros update really took it to 11. It’d be terrific of you could do some more in depth demo’s on the Aeros. Once again, great job dude! Peace, Mark in Oregon
Coming from the boss Rc500, this is so much more advanced and intuitive. I just received the gold edition yesterday. Some improvements that I hope singular make, based on 2 hrs of use .. 1.) the ability to change the tempo parameters. 2.) integrate the tempo volume in the mixer screen. This would make sense since it is a sound specific signal going out. 3.) boot up time is a bit laggy. 4.) A true bypass option would be nice. Not always do I want to use the looper so having to turn it on all the time with out using it would be a nice option. 4.) more sounds: one thing I really liked on the boss loopers are post and pre basic sound effects. It would be cool to have an octave or guitar to bass sound. Other than that this pedal is almost perfect!
Thank for the demo! Question - I'd like to freely record guitar loops and send midi from the looper to drum machines so the tempo is dictated by the initial guitar loop - is that possible with this looper?
Hi, I’m a new user of Aeros looper but I can’t figure out when I have to press to start the playback without a gap. I uses boss RC30 before and I press once right at the end of the measure to start playback straight away. It doesn’t work with this pedal 😅 can someone help me please ? Cheers
I have both the Aeros and Beatbuddy. At the moment Im playing in sync along with recorded guitar parts which is fine BUT... I would also like to 'record' drum parts as loops from the Beatbuddy onto the Aeros to create a full track. Im not sure of the connecting set up to do this. Can anyone help? Thanx
We don't recommend users to record the Beatbuddy into the Aeros, but to have the output of the BeatBuddy connected to a PA or mixer while they are both connected through MIDI to be in sync with each other's clock.

The viewer is not interested in customization and switching. The arrangement of the song is always planned. Why re-listen to the loop? Song time is lengthened and a lot of unnecessary fuss on stage. After recording the first loop, I need to write the next part of the song, not dance. After all, the guests are already looking at my feet. The guests come to hear the song, not to look at my feet dancing. The makers of this instrument never get the most important thing, they never realize it, it's a pity. I write the first loop, the first part of the song, and I want to play it further and insert this loop in my own time, when it is needed, not to re-listen to it together with the audience.
but it is not just 'a' looper. it is the reinvention of the looper with SIX tracks! (the Beatles recorded their first few albums on 4 tracks, btw. ;) anywho, for people who don't want to use a computer and need only 6 tracks this is priceless...
USB-b is trash. It doesn’t give me a lot of faith in a device that is $629. They are penny pinching using a port that is known for failing. Makes me wonder what other components did they cheap out on?
Fabulous. It’s an amazing looper. ❤

Excellent demo! Thank you for the explanations of how to use the Gold.
Glad you enjoy the video!
Really nice piece of gear
True :)
Very useful explanation about the most important settings. A bit different video, no intro tune 😁but in the middle 🔥
Thank you!
Good Explanation , bravo

I need a headphone jack. Does the aux out work for headphones?
Very good demo I’ve lived with my boomerang looper for ever ,so struggling to adapt
How many loops can be saved !!
How would I connect a mic? I have an xlr mic and used a midi adapter to connect it to the midi input but it didn’t work 😢
You can easily user a mic with the Aeros using a mic preamp. We are big fans of the Rolls mini-mic preamp.

Hey there, make sure your playback setting is set to immediately! You can do this by going to main menu > behavior> scroll down to playback
Great tutorial. Can this pan on each individual track? I'll probably buy this either way it's really powerful.
Hey Isaac, the Aeros currently does not have a panning feature, but it is on the development timeline!
Would this and a Morningstar MC6 Pro be a good combo along with the Quad Cortex?
The only thing I dislike is the glossy finish of half of the case (chasis). Is a dust and fingerprint magnet.

What if you dont have a PA or mixer or the MIDI?
Buy one

How much editing can you do per take? Is it possible to snip off late starts?
Are these global or can be par patch?
Great video! Does it record efx tails? For example, reverb or delay tails, or it cuts them when the length of a track is finished? Thanks!
Man I so dig your jam on this. What key are you in?
Is the sound quality as good as the New Boss ones ?
Hey there, the Aeros contains studio-grade 24-bit audio and 32-bit floating point processing. This is a very high-quality sound.
I am really not good at looping yeah we know, we see, we hear 😂 🙈 you are awesome 👍
I am really not that good, compared to some other videos where people do insane stuff 😅

Great review. But the more it behaves like a computer its a big turn off for me.
The quiet switches just means it has cheap micro switches. I prefer a mechanical switch.
Yikes $629 for a looper

Micro USB was more common at the time, that's all
