Absolutely stunning 😍😍😍you're a genius Silvya! I live in Scotland and I just can't get the blonde I want, wish I could find a blonde specialist near me. My husband says I should go to a salon in Glasgow for a consultation and see if they can do what I want. I have a great hairdresser but I'm sick of having this permanent in between colour. It's not brassy but it's neither blonde or light brown. He did a whole head of highlights but you can't see them very well because there's no level 6,my root colour, through the length. Sorry to blether on. I'll phone the salon and see what they say maybe I could email them pictures xxx

Absolutely gorgeous work! I love the 10s!! Truthfully, the 9s really made me nervous on those super bright blondes, and were always a touch too dark for my liking. I’m currently playing around, looking for the perfect formula for a icy white blonde. Still super bright, but pretty lavender. Almost like a too white it’s purple type of color. (Picture pulp riots moonstone) I have considered doing a full ounce of 10vv in this same formula with 10N but just not sure if it’ll be too heavily pigmented. For reference, I had previously been doing her shadow roots a 7T and 7 NB, and she still pulled a tad warm… any feedback or advice? I’ve made many swatches but it’s hard to create any that are spot on
Luckily for you the model has a level 8 hair who didn’t pull any warmth at all!!!! I don’t know what was neutralized but result was very natural

You can do her roots first with her desired "natural" then blowdry. Or in between their foils

Looks amazing! Do you condition the hair before you apply the shade toner? The clients hair looks so smooth and combed through but I read that conditioning the hair before applying the toner isn’t something you should do. Thank you.

One question, for this toner it isn't going to stain my black hair like the wella one does? I have been looking for a toner that only colors the bleached parts of my hair so I tried the wella one and it dyed not only my bleached hair but also my black hair.

Out of curiosity, why do you tease the roots when doing the highlights?
Maria Lynn Stewart I was taught to tease so that there isn’t a clear line of demarcation where the lightener is. It’s more of a natural and seamless finish.

Maria Lynn Stewart So lightener in general will do some kind of damage to the hair but if done properly it will be very little, close to none. Keep in mind the stylist should check the integrity of the client’s hair before deciding if the hair can take lightener. The main goal is to achieve the finish that the client wants without compromising the integrity of the hair!
if I may... why not equal parts processing solution. Does minus 1/2 oz one formula do something different... inhibit or null one of the background colors? thanks
