The strongest set is always on one you least expect. Tried a 200kg Deadlift and did it at the end of a session. As Rick De La Stick says: "IT'S THE MINDSET"
Yeah I remember when i first started lifting i was at the leg press and some 40 year old dude asks me to work in I said yes He put like i don't know how many plates on that fucker and starts doing like 10 reps I just looked at the mountain of plates and thought i can't even unrack it I hop on and manage like 5-6 reps for multiple sets each sorta Was hella surprised of what i could push
The reason we are so strong is because we must brave the harsh winters and hunt the fish by swimming in the ocean. An average Icelandic woman can probably clean jerk 150 kilo, I have seen it with my own eyes
@@InspectorHaines wait, what the heck, not only are you active on UA-cam, you follow jackPGM. This feels really weird. I will take this moment to compliment you on your extreme strength, you see awesome
Mitchell Hooper just came out of nowhere and is finishing top 5 in most competitions. It is nice to see a Canadian in the mix and hopefully he wins soon.
Bruh at 4:10 that guy doing backflips is a local legend! I went to Temple University in North Philadelphia, and Flips is a homeless guy who will do backflips if you give him money. Everyone loves him, he's a legend
I was able to go to WSM and I gotta say I went to see martins, but oleksii and hooper REALLY won my respect. Oleksii's overhead press is the most impressive thing I have ever seen
That was one of the greatest feats of strength I've ever seen! The fact that she didn't give up and finally got it on her third attempt... Got to admire the MINDSET.
Good job. You're really the one who's keeping me up about powerlifting news :p And also you motivate me. I deadlifted 150kg 2 weeks ago, twice my BW, I was happy !
Last night I hit 110kg 1RM on my bench by mistake because I picked put 25kg+20kg instead of the 20+20kg plates. This came 2 weeks after I hit what I thought then was a 105kg PR because I once again miscalculated the plates when I was aiming for 95KGs
Jack, I hate notifications on my phone and usually unsubscribe from most UA-camrs after their overactivity blows up my phone, but I've always got time for a quick 3-5 minute meme experience.
I’ve already decided theres no need to train anymore, I’m just going to invent a surgery to make my hands bigger and watch everyone be so surprised when my grip is that of a pit bulls jaw.
I'm really sad that people have been hating on Misha because he is Russian, and that we haven't gotten to see him compete lately. His sandbag over bar and conan's wheel with a seperated ankle is one of the most impressive things i've ever fucking seen
i've been trying to search for the full Cailer Woolam training with football team, but i can find it at all no matter what i look up. Anybody got a link?

@@wuhhlfarg5578 thats cool, though the leg press is basically ego lifting - the exercise.
How can one specific exercise be ego lifting? It the way you treat an exercise that makes it ego lifting

What I got from this video is: To be strong, you have to train very hard. Or you could just be born as an icelandic dude.
The reason we are so strong is because we must brave the harsh winters and hunt the fish by swimming in the ocean. An average Icelandic woman can probably clean jerk 150 kilo, I have seen it with my own eyes
Mitch is a future champion. no doubt about it the guy is insane.
3:00 Power belly goes into effect right here
Damn right it did! Still my PB with the husafell stone
@@InspectorHaines wait, what the heck, not only are you active on UA-cam, you follow jackPGM. This feels really weird. I will take this moment to compliment you on your extreme strength, you see awesome
ronnie saying jay is on crack always gets me

Mitchell Hooper just came out of nowhere and is finishing top 5 in most competitions. It is nice to see a Canadian in the mix and hopefully he wins soon.
Top 5? You mean top 3 right? Afaik Hooper hasnt been off podium since worlds
And now he just won wsm
Thank you for blessing me with this holy video father Jack 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Amen and hallelujah!
"Was it worth though?"
"...no."
Legend.

Triple H at those 2000 era competitions was goated.

Thank you papa PGM for this meme experience we are about to receive
The random big icelandic guy from juji's video still shocks me
Dude is untrained and his limit on the 410lb husafel stone is cardio not strength💀
And pewdepie can bench whole set of powerblock
viking genes does help😂
Love the videos my dude. We lift together in spirit.
I don’t know where I’d be without this channel
man, 0:55 breaks my heart. MIscha and Novikov were friends and now, it´s far beyond that
You’re my favourite UA-camr. I always look forward to your next upload. Keep it up king
Loved it, these are amazing Jack.
I missed Chloe Brennan, that stone lift was brutal.
YES!!! My wife is roughly her size and cried watching it live. So sick

Going to the gym in 1h. This will be the perfect Pre Workout ever!
As a Canadian it's so nice to see a podium level athlete bringing the heat!

I have NEVER seen more heart on display than Misha going toe-to-toe with Thor in that bag over bar event.

Was expecting to see Mr. "Can I clean here?"
What a banger
Well you didn't made the video, but at least you included a clip of the old man armwrestling 🤣
Very nice
Those Icelanders are really built different
That fucking bar at the end
That bar at the end there wasn't an elephant bar, it was a full brontosaurus bar
Missing deadliestlift going for a front squat pr, fainting, and then going for it again and making it all within one minute
Even if I don't consider myself very strong yet, I hope to surprise with my excellent explosiveness and condition in proportion to my strength.
Buddy got a giraffe bar at the end
