I have a look-up column that contains caregivers' names. I have an additional column from the lookup that contains a credential expiration date for the caregiver. When I update the expiration field in the primary Sharepoint list, it does not update in the Sharepoint list with the lookup column.

Many thanks. Can we make the Look up column to be searchable like other columns. Right now when filtering on Look up columns all you get is a Check List.

Thanks - great idea! I don't need this yet but I find it useful to have this floating around until I need it 👍🏼

What if your lookup list required two columns to find your match? ie: Say The Toy Store had two contacts, Michael Smith in Cleveland and Jerry Smith in Cincinnati. Can we expand the lookup list by adding another column and doing the lookup with two columns, your "Name" column and a new column, "City", to get the correct industry and primary contact?
