I’ve been training and dieting with Daryl conant he was a Vince student and he knows a lot form Vince training , and my body is changing and fill really pump eating eggs , steak and milk .. 💪🏻
As a vegetarian myself I eat upwards of 15 eggs a day and have at least 3 cups of whole milk and whey protien. Along with Kefir, and aged cheeses, plenty of butter as well. It's hard, but doable.
@@ForgottenFitness you replied! An honor. I also fast, sometimes for 24 hours with a minimal amount of water, all helps in cleaning my body and organs. I take borage oil too, the heavy dairy thickens sebum and the borage oil helps make it viscous like normal. (:
Excellent video, this diet is similar to what I have gravitated towards over the last few years with Ray Peat ideas. For me collagen and ruminant animal liver on a weekly basis has helped to fill in the gaps.
Bill Pearl became a vegetarian at the age of 39. At the age of 41, he returned to the competitive stage to capture his 4th and final Mr. Universe championship. He is now 90 years old and still practices a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet.
I consumed a similar diet. And I agree that Mr, Vince Gironda was ahead of his time .

Awesome! Keep me updated on your progress! I achieved my best physique ever while on the 36 eggs a day diet.

That, in my opinion, is the most sustainable way to be a vegetarian.

How did Bill Pearl win the 1971 Mr. Universe. Without meat, that's how.
Yep, there may have been more to it than just that, but cutting out meat definitely helped him get in good enough shape to beat an off Sergio Oliva.
I don't think pearl was vegetarian some bodybuilder have see him eating chicken. When Bill was saying he was vegetarian.
