That's what I was thinking... incorporate the yolks into these ingredients. I know I wasn't down for the recipe when I saw all that cheese, but he's just so entertaining.
Great minds think alike😂 I had to boiled eggs in the fridge, and I haven’t had supper, so I mixed real applewood bacon bits, green onions and q T cream cheese in the yolk. It was good. The cream cheese made the yolk extra creamy. I dipped one of the devils egg halves into truffle oil, but it didn’t seem to pair well for me. I am stuffed 👍 I know myself, and the coconut oil would have been too much! I don’t love fat! I will cook with coconut oil or even blend it in my coffee, but nope, not with so many other fatty things. I could see how the cheddar would be good. If I added it then I would not have the cream cheese also. Too much!
Not a fail from my standpoint…now I know what didn’t work and if I decide to try something like this I have a starting point. Good job in showing us what could happen. I’m liking the apron!

I'm not a big fan of just boiled eggs but I like deviled eggs. I wonder how it would work if these were done more like that. Make the filling and add the yolks to it and then put it in the eggs??
You are just adorable! I love how real you are when cooking and tasting the results. Much more relatable than the professional chefs whom you wonder if what they've made actually tastes good.
I enjoyed "meeting" you for the first time watching this video. You're fun! This recipe reminded me of cheese logs. You could try chopping up the eggs, add to cheese mixture. Lay down a piece of parchment paper, cover it with pork rinds, make a line with the egg mixture, roll it up so it's covered with pork rinds, refrigerate until firm, then slice.
I would empty the yolks into the cheese mixture then stuff into the hollowed out egg whites for deviled eggs. Or as others said, roll in pork and fry as Scotch eggs!
If you want to try carnivore as an elimination diet to see how you react to adding things back in, I'd recommend Beef, Butter, Bacon & Eggs for at least 30 days. Dairy can be generally inflammatory for a lot of people. I have been eating primarily meat based for the last year, but started a BBB&E challenge the day after Christmas and I am seeing incredible results already with 9 days to go in my 30 day elimination. Good luck if you try carnivore!
I’m curious to know what you think of the acidic levels this would diet would do to your body? I was carnivore for about a week and then realized that it’s very acidic this way. C can grow in acidic bodies but not alkaline bodies. Any thoughts about this?
The meat lover's cloud pizza was the first of your videos I randomly came across. I came for the recipe, subscribed for the authenticity and relatability 😊
Love your honesty!! Thank you for being so real. I enjoy watching you and though I've been cooking for at least 55 years...I do learn from you! With much appreciation!
I have had my most success on a 30 day, dairy free, carnivore cleanse 🎉 I use beef tallow instead of butter. Now I drink my coffee black. No cream 😮 I don't miss cream now.
@heidiw6413 I lost 11 pounds in 30 days. I think it was inflammation from dairy. I'm on a low carb high protein life style. When I first started my journey I eliminated all seed oils and lost 20 ish pounds of what I think was inflamation. Then proceeded to at least 1% better choices every meal. Slowly changed my pantry to educated labels every shopping trip. I'm down 200 lbs and maintaining for 3 years 😀 this recent dairy elimination was surprisingly a blessing.
@samijanekasper8162 Wow that's amazing results. I started keto in June 2024. I had some reduced inflammation and other things got better. But still have what I suspected as some inflammation in ankles and chest/stomach area. Although I struggle with bloating from my IBS. I decided to go ketovre/carnivore a week ago. After a week, my ankles have reduced a bit more. So I was right in thinking there's still some level of inflammation there. Still struggling with IBS bloating. Slight weight loss. I'm hoping to stick with it for a month and see how it goes. I've reduced dairy. But I do like a bit of cream in my tea. I hope after 30 days I can have some good results like you have had. I've seen a lot of people post about the great health benefits and weight loss results of carnivore.
Aww Dave you tried so hard...great job tho! I will always watch and support all of your channels, because you're a down-to-earth really great guy! I appreciate all of the time and effort you put into every recipe! 🍽️😋💙
Carnivore best start is everything that comes from an animal or can be made from animal products like milk. In my opinion milk, cheese, ice cream are fine. If you want seasoning that is your personal decision each one of us has to make ourselves.
Carnivore simply means animal product, which includes cheese. Some do say to not eat too much cheese, but that's for people trying to lose weight. I eat cheese all the time. Cheese is life. I also drink coffee with heavy cream. I'm more "ketovore," which is 95% animal products, and whole foods.
Just wanted to say. I love your channel. It's very rare to find honest content creators these days. And I really appreciate the hard work you put into this so that we don't have to.
I'm thinking it would be a better idea to cut up the hard boiled eggs in small pieces and toss them in the mixture and stir. Then grab a cookie scoop to portion. Less messy.
Hi Dave! I have discoverd your chanell tonight and I enoy it sooo sooo much! I love, how you cook like everyone does, how you fail and how you lough. Please, just be yourself always. :)
I would suggest chopping up the egg and adding it to the cream cheese. Then scoop about a tablespoon of the fat bomb on your tray then refrigerate. That way you get a nice bite.
Not a fail Dave everyone likes different things I would feel like you "too much going on" but someone else would love it ....and remember this is what your show is all about ....trying and making these recipes...Julianna NC
Cottage cheese is carnivore .... cheese may effect your weight loss though but it's good for protein, Cheese ➡️ milk, milk ➡️ cow (or other animal) = carnivore lol
My only problem with cottage cheese is I eat the whole container in one day. I can't spread it out to 3 days. I tried a hamburger without serious cheddar and it was ok. But it wasn't worth it. If cheese doesn't hurt your digestion it's fine.
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner fat bomb choices is a great idea!👍❤️. FYI, I am carnivore and I do eat cheese and cottage cheese. Just check for filler or gum additives. It works fine if you aren’t lactose intolerant and you don’t go overboard. Your body will definitely let you know.
Dave I noticed throughout your videos you mentioned that you don't like to use too many utensils or plates because you don't like to clean up as much. A good way to get this done would be to get yourself a food scale and have chat GPT way everything out and grams. That way you could just put a large bowl on the scale and just keep dumping the ingredients directly from the containers or bags until you reach the way to mount instead of using the cups, tablespoons, teaspoons
Oh, I assumed you were baking these?? I wouldn’t have eaten these as is. As you say, too much cheese/cream cheese. I probably would have covered in crushed pork rinds and baked, or air fried. Scotch eggs are deep fried, or baked. But of Scotch eggs are covered in sausage meat & spices.m
Love, love, love your recipes Dave and your honesty and whether or not you like them. I noticed something on this video that every one minute or two minutes there’s now an ad so there’s as much ad time as there was video time?
Shredded cheeses have cellulose on them which counts as a carbohydrate. This keeps them from clumping so if you shred it yourself you don't get any extra carbohydrates

Cheese can be eaten as a part of carnivore as it's dairy. I still have my "bulletproof-esque" coffee in the morning and eat carnivore the rest of the day and still lose weight.
@@vixwolf2037 Cheese is carnivore as long as it isn't processed cheese like American slices. I have been doing Carnivore for a while and I eat cheese and drink coffee and I am down over 80 pounds ATM and still going.
A bite or two may be all that's needed to stay on track. It may be enough for half a dozen deviled eggs or more including the extra yolks or used as a spread on keto english muffins or used as a "melt". 👍
I have never watched a video that had more ads than this one. Every 60-90 seconds there was another ad. I still subbed to the channel despite how it ended. Looking forward to learning more about keto recipes.

I think mixing the yoke in and only putting it in the middle would make it more palatable. I’ve enjoyed getting creative with different versions of deviled eggs. So far my favorites have been ranch, spinach artichoke, and mushroom umami seasoning from Trader Joe’s.
Do Lion. Was carnivore and switched to Lion January 1. Feeling like my body is improving, more energy which a big win. It is work to switch but feels good.
Dave, Great Recipe & idea for Savory Fat Bombs! My thoughts: I'd see the recipe's servings/yeild size. Divide fat bombs into servings, so you don't overeat, or make yourself sick like you did. Then, top each egg half with a fat bomb. Personally, I'd wait to cut eggs & add fat until ready to eat. Just drop those bombs on baking sheet, let setup in fride, then store in baggie/Tupperware next to boiled eggs!

2:45 did anyone else have a moment of panic when it looked like he was about to microwave the cream cheese in a metal measuring cup?
And he said a cup was 16 ounces. It’s 8

I think his wife panicked, too. She shouted at him, lol
He dumped it off a plate. So off camera swap. lol. Subtle, but he didn't nuke the metal.

Why not dice up the eggs and add it to the mixture and then roll it into smaller balls.
