Adam I went to this park When I was little and its heartbreaking to see a once alive park in this condition,all the coasters are gone,everything is gone and what's left is being over run by weeds.I really wish someone would buy it and reopen it along with Sea World.It was a complete surprise to me when I found out that Geauga Lake and Sea world closed down.they're abandoned now.its sad

Very impressive footage! Your flew daringly close to the coaster at 1:45. Were you confident the Phantom (which model?) was not going to collide? It would have been nice to see additional angles of other buildings and debris scattered throughout. Nevertheless your video was very well done! How many trips did you make to the park to collect video? Next you'll be able to film the soon to be abandoned water park after early September 2016.
Hey! Appreciate the kind words! I have a Phantom 4k and i flew pretty close to the coaster but the camera makes it look closer than it is. I only made one trip there and filmed for about a half hour. Check out some more of my videos, all feedback is welcome!

I'm still mad at Cedar Fair for closing this park but I'm more disappointed in myself for not visiting when I had the chance in the 1980's.
If we all used our instincts on parks we could have seen this coming in our younger days.
