When I was 19 I was in a terrible place. I had just gotten a notice that I had 30 days to get my stuff and leave my home, I had lost my job, I was barely 6 months sober. I was so anxious I had slept maybe 4 hours in total in 32 hours. My friend suggested ASMR to help me relax. I put on this channel and immediately fell into a deep sleep. I slept 23 hours. I would fall asleep to her every night. I’ve later noticed that Maria looks much like my mom when she was younger. It reminds me of a time when I didn’t feel the stress of obligation and even having to take care of my mom. My life has been hard and is still stressful from day to day but I can always count on this channel to make me feel safe and comfortable. Maria you deserve the best and happiest life. You are truly one of God’s angels on earth. You’re impacting lives and helping more people on a scale than I could ever dream. You are going to raise the most beautiful kid/kids (you already are) and your existence is a blessing.

This is my favourite ASMR video. I must have watched it at least 30-40 times in the past week while I'm at work as calming background noise or while I fall asleep.
The PROs:
- This is legit soft spoken. Most people try to talk quietly, but still have high pitches while this is actual whispering which is extremely soothing.
- There's (thankfully) no "receptionist role" where they delay noticing you and then spend 10 minutes just taking all your details
- Maria just gets right into it and keeps going as if it's actually happening. It's not super dramatic, or trying to make as many different ASMR noises as possible or takes 5 minutes just to explain what they're going to do before doing, she just says it and does it. It's so much more realistic.

I’m so glad videos like this exist. This video has helped me with my anxiety for the past 4 days and I really appreciate the calming nature of your videos. Anyone struggling with anxiety,stress or/and insomnia should really give ASMR a chance. Especially these hair/beard trimming videos. I think most people find hair appointments to be a relaxing experience and this definitely reminds me of that.

She might have the most comforting and best asmr voice in my opinion. That electric trimmer was amazing didn't expect that. I never knew that you could actually have skill at doing something like this but she does knowing how far away to have the trimmer without it being too loud or quiet it was perfect.
Just wanted to share something with the community. A few days ago I was driving home from work and I had a pretty bad headache. So I put in my earbuds and found Maria on Amazon music, it was the the one where she says " so " and "ok" a bunch of times. Anyway her soothing voice completely cured my headache. Maria puts so much effort into making all of her roleplays realistic. I mean, she could be doing them in her bedroom or hobby room, but it never looks like its her bedroom or hobby room. It always looks like a hair salon or nail salon or hat shop or whatever. And that's not even getting into all the wonderful triggers.
I’m not frequent with leaving comments, but I just had to. You are killing it! I’m a first time mom as well to an 8 month old, so I not only come to your for asmr, but also for parenting/baby videos. We moved when our little one was a month old, and I’m glad we did it that young. He wasn’t confused and didn’t get his sleep schedule all messed up. But, it was still so stressful. Moving itself is stressful, let alone with a baby. You are absolutely amazing, I hope you know that. You’ve got this mama! Beautiful as always.
