so, 2024 just rolled around and everyone is back at it with the planning, goals, resolutions and such. but how come most of us end up failing or falling out on our resolutions? maybe we've been doing it wrong this whole time. in this video, we will be starting our 2024, with goals not in our minds, but our identity.
ive taken most of the ideas here from the book Atomic Habits. it's a good read, and opened me to a lot of ideas when it comes to productivity, mainly the Identity Based habits. so far, it's been working out for me, and i think it may work out for you guys~

Great video Kai, just want to point out that your form is a bit off when it comes to doing bicep curls while standing. You'd want to do wider strokes and lower your arms a bit to target that particular muscle group. I recommend watching a vid on proper form while doing curls, you can also do them sitting down if it makes it easier for you. :)
