We would love to see smaller places, something for a couple. We've been looking online for ages and it seems impossible to find a small house that has a nice kitchen and sitting room but doesn't have 4 or 5 bedrooms - which we don't need. These houses are remarkable value for the money, but the upkeep on such big places would be overwhelming!
You did a great job showing these 3 home. I definitely can stay in house#2..love it as well and the price in within our budget. Thank you for showing them.
Thanks for sharing! The first house was okay and nice for the money. The last house might have been nice 30 years ago. But now it looked run down because of lack of maintenance and dated. I guess they have to lower the rent with a 5-10 000 Bath to get it rented out. But the second house is a really great value. Sad I have a few years left before retirement, or I would try to rent that one now.
My favorite kind of video... And that second one is an absolute gem. If i were in your shoes, i would move there tomorrow. Thanks for the video. Cheers!
Hello Georgia . This is Alice. Normally you’ll have to pay for utilities & internet as well as for gardening if you choose to have a gardener. Also, you might want to have a cleaning lady too.
I love the outdoor space best on the second home. On My the third home is a DREAM HOME! Nice master suite with a balcony and a FITNESS ROOM on the property YESSS! 💪🏾💪🏾👊🏾 Great video tour of homes in Chiangmai Mai.
Hi Tony, great video on the three houses. These were within our budget with house number 3, the yard is so big you can have your own water buffalo, just like one of your other videos. I like house number 2 & 3 with the humongous yard. We do hope these will be available in a year or so when we move to Chiang Mai. Thank you for the video, we love watching houses. Our daughter already picking her room as we goes from house to house. Keep up the good work! We❤ Chiang Mai!!!
Just was wondering if someone you could show the mattresses. Just lift blankets if not bare already. I've seen some with board like ones and ones that are plus and newer looking. Thank you watch all your videos they help since we will be moving after tourist season
I am considering retiring in Thailand and Chiang Mai is one of my top choices. These neighborhoods look very nice. How is the noise level in a typical neighborhood? In the Philippines for example, a typical neighborhood can be very noisy between the roosters, barking dogs, and Karaoke machines.
Interesting tours, couple of the houses you could accommodate a small village, so many rooms lol…CM has so many choices and so many nice areas it’s difficult to to pick just one..personally I have a couple home designs and hope to build one of them, I’ll let you do a review when done lol….anyway, thx for the vid and Happy Christmas 🙏🏻🎄☃️
Great video thank you. My girlfriend and I are moving to Chang Mai in January and although these homes are HUGE value for money, we'd much prefer something much smaller, but higher quality/modern with even a small pool. Was wondering if we can get something within this budget like this? (Coming from England our budget seems to be very generous for Chang Mai). Appreciate it.
Hello Tony we live in USA and thinking to spend some time back and forward between USA and Thailand. Can we have more details as the process to rent the 2nd house in this show? Thank you 🙏
You can contact Alice, who is the realtor of the property. Look in the description below for her contact information. I hope everything works out for you! :-)
I love your video style! But can you please start showing new/newer homes for rent in Chiang Mai that have private pools..big gardens..and more modern details and styling? It seems like all these older homes are incredibly dated and depressing looking on the inside. Some have old and uncomfortable looking furniture. Others small kitchens with dated appliances. And just a general lack of upkeep and maintenance. Many of us are willing to spend a little more for something more modern and spacious with a bit of privacy. Thank you!
I love the 2nd house, the layout, outside space, cheap price, and huge income potential.

Wow, these are all way beyond what I want to live in, but for the price, amazing!

Agree with you 2nd house was huge . very impressed.

Glad you enjoyed!
Awesome. Love what you’re doing. Show whatever whenever. :)
I appreciate that!
that first home looks like it was laid out by three different people or one person who has 3 different personalities. It was nice but confusing lol
True. The layout is a total turn-off and a complete waste of space.
Nice, keep them coming. Love the property reviews
Thanks, will do!
this is very nice i like the house and price
Ever since I saw this I love the second one. Just need pillow soft beds those look really hard😂
You do good video work and I like your narrating and your videos are always very interesting I enjoy watching them
Thank you very much!
What other additional costs do you have to take into your budget please e.g. utility costs of water/electricity and local taxes?

Thank You for this. Would love for you to showcase American or "western" style homes, if possible.

We have barking dogs, roosters, and loud music everywhere. Does that answer your question? 😂
Yes it does...must be a Southeast Asia thing.

Merry Christmas to you!
Great vid. I really like house number 3. What would a house like #3 cost to purchase? Thanks
Definitely ask Alice. Her link is in the description. She could give you the correct answer.
I wonder what the water bill would be for house number two with all the green grass and fruit trees. 🤔
I can only tell you what the water bill at our house averages per month, which is normally around 225-275 Baht ($6-$7.50 USD).
Excellent presentation and explanation. Are the prices sure please?
See the links in the description and thank you for the compliment. 😊👍🇹🇭🙏

Hi Tony. I like the 4 bedroom with large area house from .
Is it still available?
Definitely contact the realtor to find out. The link is in the description. Thank you for watching! :-)

If I could find a property like that, I would definitely show it. I can only show what’s on the market and what you describe seems to be the norm.
@@TheNarrowGate Thanks for letting me know and keep up the great work. Take care!
the link for the second video does not work unfortunately.
Sending a message to Alice. I think it may be rented.
I aim to find max $400 / month more a cottage north off Chiang Mai
not sure a "cottage" even exists in Thailand. Sounds like it would be cheaper than 400 also.
@@HairyPixels yeah I saw a few in the north but all booked
i want the last house shown.....do they allow pets?
I'm not sure. Alice the real estate agent could tell you. Link in description. 😀
Did I see Family photos'?
The homeowners family. 😊
@@TheNarrowGate That will stay in the house
