very helpful, just slight confusion for everyone watching, sir has mentioned grades of power incorrectly by accident..
0 - no power or movement
1 - just a flicker of movement
2 - able to move horizontally on bed, but not against gravity
3 - able to lift limb against gravity
4 - able to lift against SOME resistance
5 - able to lift against FULL resistance
