AltaBlue TT Melter for Precise Handheld Wood Applications

The AltaBlue™ TT for Precise Handheld Applications are specially designed for mattresses and other handheld applications.
Based on the durable and easy-operating AltaBlue™ TT 16L tank melter, a newly-designed touchscreen controller is added to the front of the melter. This touchscreen works with the PLC control module installed in the melter cabinet to offer customers a total solution when performing handheld applications, especially mattress applications.
When the melter heating is ready, the additional touchscreen controller will offer customers five sets of pump output rates based on customer presets. With the PLC controller inside the melter, the pump output rate will automatically double or increase to the desired output rate when a second handheld applicator is triggered. The two handheld applicators can work independently, and the flow rate of one handheld applicator is not affected by switching on or off the second handheld applicator. Operating Air can open one to three seconds before the glue output and close one to three seconds after the glue output is off.
