Can someone tell me what the button is at the top of the column of 5 just to the bottom left of the red button please? I need a manual but can’t find one anywhere.
Your hot melt might be a fast setting hot melt. Typically fast setting hot melts are for high speed packaging lines and will set-up/cool in 1-3 seconds. Try turning up the temperature in 5 degree increments to increase your open time. Note: refer to your hot melt technical data sheet and make you sure don't increase your temperature above suggested operating temperatures.
