    It’s amazing the manufacturers cannot make videos half this good.

    Picking up 2 (yellow and a green) VXHO cruisers next week. I’ve learned more from your video about the machine than anything Yamaha has put out. Thank you!

    Outstanding video! Thanks! Dealer called to inform I can take delivery end of July....never ridden one so this is invaluable...I am 64 yo male so no crazy fast speed for me...me and the GF will explore the thousands of miles of shoreline...again great video

    Reiterating the previous comments - terrific video. Informative, thorough and to the point. Bravo!! After searching nonstop, I walked into a dealer last Saturday on a whim and they had one of this model come available just as I arrived. A deposit holder couldn’t proceed so I bought it on the spot.. Looking forward to your next informative videos. Keep up the great job!! 👍🏼

    Picked up my yellow version this month, have only put about 5 hours on it... absolutely loving it. The black/green and black/yellow combo looks so good on the water!
    Also thanks for explaining TDE lol :)

    Yamaha should ask you to do their web page. I had no clue on how or what TDE is. And I have been looking at wave runners/boats for 6 months now. Totally blown away. From what I read and what you showed is eye opening. Yamaha's product description Sucks!. Thanks, for clarifying.

    2021 vx ho and green, same as the one in the video.
    Just had the stereo upgraded with a JL audio amp and got rid of the 4” speakers and had 5.25” Rockford Fosgate installed

    I remember when I had the VXR back into 2014. That thing would absolutely just eat gas and it was NA. Hopefully the fuel efficiency has improved for Yamaha over the years.

      @@isaaclebrun5178 LOL.... My 8 day wait is after getting a call from the dealership that it has finally shipped. My total wait time will be over 10 months! I ordered it in Early August 2020. My wife and I have made humans in less time. : )

    You are getting everyone excited! Like everyone here in the comments section, I am waiting for my VX HO Cruiser to come in. Wish I could hear the audio, that is one of my biggest concerns. Do you feel it is sufficient sound at higher speeds (let's say 40mph)? I have the FX HO and I love everything about it as far as power and handling.

      @tayloradventures  3 роки тому

      I will be back up at the lake this weekend and plan to make a few more videos and one will be on the audio system. It's not real loud at high speeds but loud enough that I can still here it at speeds over 60 mph. More videos soon...

    Does water engine your front trunk when you bury the nose in water

      I've not had issues with water getting in the front but I also don't bury the nose very often either.

    How does it compare to gp1800?

    • @tayloradventures
      @tayloradventures  3 роки тому

      Can't give any insight other than research found online as I haven't had the chance to try a gp1800 in person

      You’ll get a little more acceleration and top speed with the GP HO and it has trim control. The VX HO gives you a more comfortable ride because it’s hull is thicker, little more storage, water tight glove box with usb charger, and pull up cleats.
      Same engine on HO version and same hull shape just VX is thicker and stiffer.
      GP is for racing and the SVHO version is supercharged so it would have a lot more speed, but with all the drawbacks of a supercharger such as engine stress, more maintenance, needs higher octane fuel and uses more fuel.

    do they have trim like the seadoo vts
