Yup, RS is one of the few bands that's keeping Rock fresh. They have some similarities to Black Keys Couple other songs for you to check out from them "Keep On Swinging", "Open My Eyes" and All Over the Road. As some mentioned there is Dirty Honey, Geta Van Fleet, but there is also Black Stone Cherry and Airbourne, a bit older than these, that sounds similar in nature to AC/DC.
You heard any Blacktop Mojo? Their songs “It Won’t Last”, “Can’t Sleep”, and “Tail Lights” are awesome. They also covered Aerosmith’s “Dream On” and KILLED IT!

Rock and Roll is not dead brother. It's guys like these. Dirty Honey and Greta Van Fleet that keep it alive for modern bands and fans. Brother I'm going to say the drum count does not include the cymbals, so it's a 3 piece. Rival Sons can do some pretty great music.
Rival Sons are amazing! Please listen to "Where I've Been", it's a very touching song and really accentuates the Sons talent. I recommend Kings of Leon. They're a southern band, brothers/cousins, and have been around for years, great music as well. Revelry is the song I recommend, it's not one of their top radio hits but it's an amazing song. And I'm recommending it because it's not one of their top hits.
