Oh man the many months-long wait for seaon 3 was excruciating!
Such an expertly crafted episode.. at all levels. I'm still shocked Steve Carell wrote this beast -- 42+ minutes (84 pages in sitcom format), for the finale of a season, as your first tv script? Wow. (I say this as a screenwriter myself).
Oh he did? I thought Survivor Man was the only one he wrote? 🧐 but that’s awesome! 👏🏻
@@Avalee325 i'm still baffled by that phone call scene with Carole and Jan both calling at the same time .. with Pam's "still me" filter .. and Michael stumbling into a date with two women .. that could only be written by a performer who knew exactly how he needed to play it.
