The colors are very beautiful and that purple is one of my very favorites also. I just subscribed and look forward to seeing the pressed flowers shawl🌺🦮🌸
Thank you🙏🏻🙏🏻 I love the Thistledown colorway from Holst!! Thank you for subscribing as well~ Pressed flowers shawl is in Yell episode 2 if you want to have a look🥳
Thank you so much for your great video on the Yell Cardigan. I am working on a Marie Wallin cardigan and found the same problem with curling while working on the back piece. I steamed blocked it and it made things much better. Will definitely keep Holst Garn in mind for future colorwork projects I’ll need to purchase yarn for.
I am so glad that it helped! Purling in colour work is scary, right? Thank god it was just a few rows! However, now I am confident in making all over colour work garment~ Holst Garn’s supersoft has a variety of colours and blooms beautifully! Definitely consider it in colour work!
@@woollysoul I’m working on the Honeysuckle, which is all over colorwork and knit flat. Every other row is purling 😳 I made several swatches and found it got easier. Catching floats on the purl side slows things down a bit.
You have chosen beautiful colours for your Yell. I made a YELL a few months ago. New subscriber here Barbara Radzevicius Bondi Crafter on UA-cam. The YELL is a beautiful cardigan to knit.
Thank you🙏🏻 It took quite some time to choose colours from Holst Garn website! Yell definitely is a gorgeous piece to knit!! Thank you for subscribing. I am going to make another video about Yell soon.
I am knitting this cardigan as well. Your colors are amazing! Can you please show how you are stitching your steeks in the bottom color work part. I have never done a steek, so I was very confused how to make a stable steek at the points in the new round where you had to make a color change. It just seemed as if I am just getting a bunch of holes. Thank you so much!
Thank you!❤ I included steeking and how to conceal the steeking edges in my second vidieo. I think what you are looking for is there. ☺️ It was my first time steeking as well but once you try it, it is not that scary~
Beautiful work- really like your color choices on your Yell Cardi. Also you really do such a great job with teaching.. look forward to future content!
Beautiful colour combinations. Subtle but still vibrant.
😊 Thank you! Spent quite a bit of time to decide colour combinations!
You must be a professional teacher! Great job!

Im in love with Holst Garn Supersoft and order it in cones. I am in the US
I love Supersoft too!! They bloom beautifully💜
You don’t need to work one way and cut. Not rocket science to work the pattern in purl rows.
