Im 6'2" and the largest one they have puts me in a "sporty" position on the bike compared to most reviews i see. Just so any other tall folks are aware. I have to have my seat about even with the handlebars. I also needed to change to a smaller seat since the wide seat that comes with it isn't great if you need to lean forward at all
Agreed on the gearing. As far as quill stem, well it may come as a surprise but most bikes in this category still use them. They still provide a great amount of adjustment and provide plenty of performance for the riding these bikes will do.
"Don't understand how to use one"? Really? It didn't come to your mind that "folks who ride bikes like this" maybe prefer this bike for commuting (in a flat city, with decent bike paths), but also ride 2x or 3x MTB and/or road bike? There's nothing I despise more than cycling snobbery.
Thanks for telling us that "clamping brakes" clamp down on the rim. Vvaluable information that not everybody knows. You forgot to say that the brake lever needs to be pulled to actuate the clamping.

Looks like a nice bike. Would it be possible to put mountain bike tires on it for more stability on gravel?
I great upgrade from a cruiser. I agree that something like this is a great vacation or around town bike.
V-brakes work just fine.
Why are they still using the quill stem ?
what brand and model tires are those?
would 700c X 45mm tires be equivalent to 26” X 1.95” tires?
700mm is 27.55 inches & 1.95 inches is 49.53mm.
So how does this bike compare to the 2019 Giant Cypress 7 speed hybrid bike ?, I found a used one I'm going to look at tomorrow.
Can you put a rear rack on it?
Surprisingly relatively "light". I thought it would be more.
What with the soft bike tire px 3?
Thats a great granny bike. V brakes and freewheel are completely fine on bike like that.
Agreed!
What’s the price range on these bikes?
$570
I like that it’s a 1x. Folks who ride bikes like this neither need a 3x, nor understand how to use one. But a quill stem? Is it 1990 again?

@@morsecypher Wow. If there is NOTHING you despise more than bike snobbery, perhaps you might revisit your priorities.
