don't underestimate the leech, i made that axe using that lvl one base(increased the ilvl with recombs) and the base dmg was so low that the leech was non existent took me 7 veiled to hit the spell dmg 💀

They changed how it works like a week(? Whenever that patch was) ago, now sending big shipments is actually worth it way more than small shipments of like 5k at a time

Made this build on deadeye with volkuurs and olesya, life ping ponging so hard using lifetap to proc desecrate
