    This is lovely! Pls can someone answer my question? I made the soup exactly how it is in this video... It didn't turn yellow, it looked kind of red more like stew although it tasted nice... Pls I'll appreciate answers... Thanks

      How much potash did you use? That’s what make the soup thicken and enhances the yellow color when you stir in the Palm oil

      And did you allow the sauce to cool down completely before adding the potash? These could be factors why yours looked red.

      I added a little potash because I noticed when I added a little, it altered the taste of the soup so I didn't want to add more... But I'll add more next time... Thanks a lot
