I've been visiting the Philippines since 1978 and I've seen HUGE Changes over the decades. Ha Ha... I remember the first time I saw a "Toll Booth" on the new superhighway. But what really had me laughing out loud was the first, "NO TURN ON RED" Left Turn Signs in Tarlac!! Manila has grown a lot too. I went with my Uncle to Robertson's Mall back in the late '70s, which at the time was the Only Mall. That has all changed with many Malls everywhere. Other than "Jollee Bee" there were no Fast Food places like there are now. The country is so much cleaner now and vehicles don't pollute like the diesel fuels use too. It's a great adventure at a very good price. I will come back again... I promised my Dad.
I keep on watching this, so far my favorite content from you along with Harry, which is basically shot in Mega Manila specifically in BGC. Your convenience is what many Filipinos are looking forward to after all. Street food is fun but your health security is more important.

Since you are in BGC try also to visit the "Venice grand canal". You can also visit the "Okada manila". You should also visit MOA or Mall of asia then enjoy the view at the bay especially in afternoon so you can see the "sunset".👍👍👍
if you want to have an extraordinary experience here in the philippines, i would suggest you to go to Palawan. please search for palawan's best tourist spot,i think you love to live here after you discovered all the beautiful nature spot.
I would say BGC is more like in Sydney in Australia or Singapore. There is also one modern smart city on progress which ca be found in the province of Pampanga. It's called Clark Global City. Check that out for more adventures outside Manila. You can find tour buses in Landmark Trinoma, just ride an MRT going there.

Welcome, Ali and friends (again)! M-Bakery's Banana pudding and Calamansi cheesecake are my faves as well. True, "trying out" food wherever in the PHL will definitely add to you waistline =D Food in the Philippines is the great leveler and Filipinos will feed you if you hadn't noticed yet. Our native cats are called Puspin (a portmanteau of pusa=cat / "pin" for Pinoy) so if that ginger cat was male, that would be a Puspinoy (a female would be Puspinay =D just a play of words we Pinoys are known for. BGC's outdoor sculptures (except for the chandeliers) are among the very first installations in the BGC development (the wall murals came in later and are coming up constantly). Anyway, good to know that you're exploring more of BGC and Manila than before. Travel safely.
You may find some interesting landmarks as well in Mega Manila like Ayala, Makati & Okada Manila in MOA. Near that area is the Sofitel Hotel which offers a luxurious buffet called Spiral and beside Sofitel is an open-air place to witness Sunset in Manila bay while drinking beer in the newest hip bay side called Seascape.

I've been visiting the Philippines since 1978 and I've seen HUGE Changes over the decades. Ha Ha... I remember the first time I saw a "Toll Booth" on the new superhighway. But what really had me laughing out loud was the first, "NO TURN ON RED" Left Turn Signs in Tarlac!! Manila has grown a lot too. I went with my Uncle to Robertson's Mall back in the late '70s, which at the time was the Only Mall. That has all changed with many Malls everywhere. Other than "Jollee Bee" there were no Fast Food places like there are now. The country is so much cleaner now and vehicles don't pollute like the diesel fuels use too. It's a great adventure at a very good price. I will come back again... I promised my Dad.

Since you are in BGC try also to visit the "Venice grand canal". You can also visit the "Okada manila". You should also visit MOA or Mall of asia then enjoy the view at the bay especially in afternoon so you can see the "sunset".👍👍👍

if you want to have an extraordinary experience here in the philippines, i would suggest you to go to Palawan. please search for palawan's best tourist spot,i think you love to live here after you discovered all the beautiful nature spot.
I would say BGC is more like in Sydney in Australia or Singapore. There is also one modern smart city on progress which ca be found in the province of Pampanga. It's called Clark Global City. Check that out for more adventures outside Manila. You can find tour buses in Landmark Trinoma, just ride an MRT going there.

True, "trying out" food wherever in the PHL will definitely add to you waistline =D Food in the Philippines is the great leveler and Filipinos will feed you if you hadn't noticed yet. Our native cats are called Puspin (a portmanteau of pusa=cat / "pin" for Pinoy) so if that ginger cat was male, that would be a Puspinoy (a female would be Puspinay =D just a play of words we Pinoys are known for.
BGC's outdoor sculptures (except for the chandeliers) are among the very first installations in the BGC development (the wall murals came in later and are coming up constantly).
Anyway, good to know that you're exploring more of BGC and Manila than before. Travel safely.

You may find some interesting landmarks as well in Mega Manila like Ayala, Makati & Okada Manila in MOA. Near that area is the Sofitel Hotel which offers a luxurious buffet called Spiral and beside Sofitel is an open-air place to witness Sunset in Manila bay while drinking beer in the newest hip bay side called Seascape.
