I also suggest if you're planning to travel North Luzon (where Benguet and Ilocos are located) you should rent a car and drive. Because the true fun and journey is in the road. Just be careful with dogs though. Cause the dogs that you’re petting are street dogs. They don’t have any shots whatsoever. If you get bit, there’s a great chance you’re gonna get rabies.
