The whole part of " not feeling heard". We need to be careful. Mine used this as an excuse for why he was yelling and screaming at me at the top of his lungs. I realized his idea of "not feeling heard" was that the other person wasn't agreeing with or going along with what he wanted.

Once I saw how a man betrayed me trust will NEVER BE GIVEN EVER ….men kill in a fit of rage so why trust ?

If my current relationship ends. I've already decided that I'll never date (in any capacity again). Not because I don't trust anyone, but because all I attract anymore are toxic and emotionally abusive men. I'm just too tired to keep trying.

This is great episode however neither of you touched upon the pain received in a marital situation that did not show trust for one partner the non narcissist but rather the pain absolutely intentionally inflicted by a covert sometimes overt malignant narcissist w/ high manipulative traits & always wraps it up with victimization

What you make cheater if you don't what never never what sex?

If you don't want sex then you could be an A-sexual if the person your with does want sex thats incompatibility if you do not want to be the A-sexual who will have sex for the partner's own benefit as you may or may not have much benefit from the act. Yet if this partner still cheats that's a them problem. If your an A-sexual who doesn't want sex or gets not enough or zero benefit from settling to do it for the partner's sole benefit then this is incompatibility and you and this partner are incompatible. You do not need to have sex if you do not want to nor like to adults do not become less adult cuz they aren't having or don't like sex.
You can have sexless relationships with partners who want sex but most pairings like this set up alternatives to it or the more popular choice is that both partners don't want sex at all and can cuddle instead of have sex A-sexuals call this type a Squish relationship each pairing have their own unique ways of expressing love without sex even being a factor in it's expression.
