(Here's what I mean by that: ua-cam.com/video/KOHMgFxju1g/v-deo.html )
Been spending most of my life being bit by the gangstas parasites
MEEEEEOOOW
Ikr
I like that the dodo sounds like a pigeon, which is the dodo's closest living relative.
There goes our last female...
6 9
*gulp*
I love the dodo design. This is probably the most detailed one yet
On a serious note this is a really good animation and I love how in every single animation you do you shows an element of the prehistoric world that we don’t have been taken to consideration Such as How dinosaurs and other prehistoric got rid of parasites or marked their territory. 10/10 my dude keep up the good work
I thought there was going to be horrific twist at the end like in tha mammoth one. I'm glad it was throughly wholesome
I love how you portray the dodo looking and acting like an actual pigeon!
I think you should go to film festivals to show your prehistoric films like this if I were honest.
Still a great video, the dodo model looks cool also.
It's nice to see more content from you, I really enjoy these claymations you've been doing.
Love how he does some really cool claymation parts and ideas like this one.
0:20 that dodo has a boost
this is just adorable
R.I.P bird that cannot fly
Dutch sailors: TASTY
Your stop motion keeps improving. I love when the feathers move between shots, it really makes the character look alive
Wouldn't have been complete without the film grain
A beutiful animal none the less. I hate that people think these birds were dum and stupid these birds were actually smart and intelligent flightless cousins to pidgeons
Blessid are the giant baby pigeons
I have to say, the models look damn incredible, the beak of the bird looks fantastic and the stop motion is so fluent, I also love how you change from the stop motion to small bits of live action when the actual body parts are not moving. I think you could actually make a living of of this work, it’s really good!
The animation is excellent, the music accompanying the dodo is also great. It's so good to finally see you again!!!
“Man, those parasites are sure annoying. Hopefully that’s my biggest problem right now”
This is my favorite of your stop-motion videos so far. Absolutely wonderful!
I love these videos. They feel like vintage dinosaur documentaries, but they are more realistic
I like how these videos are about animals doing things other than hunting and killing each other, very calming animation, you're getting better at this both with models and animation!
I edited this comment to fix grammatical errors but it removed the heart oof, thanks for the heart though you're one of my childhood heroes!
Hello, I have to say that you did an excellent job doing this claymation video. I’m a big bird nerd and I love the way you’ve portrayed the Dodo. Keep up the good work for your future claymation videos.
No wonder your stop motion took so long, this is amazing! But like stegosaurus, the switches to live action was a bit rough, but this might be the best stop motion you’ve made so far!I think next you should do a allosaurus who drinks from a watering hole and gets sick
I’m glad that adorable dodo cut those f*cking ticks off this beautiful feathers
This is wholesome. Dodo looks very detailed, and well designed, and the animation is really good!
Dude that is awesome!
The animation you put on the Dodo is so detailed it's unbelieveable.
The movement on the wings, feathers, and the head movements are spot on!
Can't wait to know how you made it!
Keep it up!
So smooth and dodo is cute
Nice job reminds me of the old stop motion dinosaur documentaries from the 80's 👍👍👍
Am I the only one who worried if the scene where the humans killing the dodo might appear? By the way I think that's the most impressive of all your current stop-motion works.
Nice claymation dude i liked it
Ah dodos, one of my favorite extinct animals, also that dodo model is straight up fire.
The classical music really adds a nice touch. Very cool man
Good to see your back with more excellent content and have a Happy Easter.
Amazing stop-motion! I love the Dodo and the parasites!
You should work for Aardman Animations
No I think he should work 4 Wes Anderson.
Maybe it doesn’t matter what I’ll say, but I’ll still talk. I grew up watching your videos and many other channels of this style, and even though I didn't understand anything because I didn't know English, I loved it. I intend to learn how to do Stop motion in the future (and also learn English 😆), I just wanted to let you know that you didn't just mark people from your country. Brazilian here, just to clarify. I used the Translator, sorry for any mistake.
Great Animation!
I like the sound effects you gave it, the Dodo is a member of the pigeon family isn't it?
Yes.
Dodo are literally neotic giant baby pigeons. The beak of the dodo is not too different then the swollness of a baby pigeons beak
beautiful work
FLOOFY
Happy to see you back!
Petition to judge the Dutch for crimes against humanity for leading these cuties to extinction
ummmmmmmmm
Phenominal and beautiful animation
I like it hoops you did a very good job with the dodo bird and love how you give it pigeon noises that's accurate one criticism I would make that it's a bit to fat maybe it's just me still love it though..
This is really well made good job
Wow such a beautiful stop motion also just wanted to ask if you plant to do reviews do t-rex a evolutionary history and amazing dino world because I feel like it’s time people addressed all the stuff they got wrong in those
Poor Dodo
Happy Easter everyone and I didn't expect to see this, an animation about the most famous extinct bird.
I lovely Flightless Pigeon
This is weirdly cute
Yay! Another video! :D
Happy Easter
Brilliant as always!
Excellent work!
very good!
So far your best puppet and short film ! Awesome ! 🤩
Can you do a video of your personal top 10 favourite dinosaurs? I’m just really curious to see which ones make that list.
This is some nice Ray Harryhausen content right there. You should please do one on Spinosaurus.
This is amazing. Dodos are dinosaurs.
👏 that was very good
Love the greyscale color scheme, very pigeon esque wish there were smooth feathers or fluff on its head, looks to vulture like. Better than most dodo models though.
I can’t stress enough how much I love this.
Wow just Wow
This is really well done! 👍
Your back!!
(Happiness noise)
This is amazing! 👍🤜
Amazing
Damn this is good.
Omg, this is so good! Keep it up^^
Next up pteranodon Geosternbegi
RAPHUS IS ALSO KNOWN AS DODO BIRD!
Very cool to just animate a dodo living in wild nature without having to tie in its extinction at the end or something. I would advise you to move to purely stop motion for all movements because the transition from animated to handheld movement is kind of jarring. I do love the animations though, gives me major retro movie vibes.
finely your back!
And then a time portal appeared... :P
Nice job man
Nice,I love it.
Poor thing
Plus the music really reflects on how she could B the last of her kind.🙁😢😭
@@mikekomarinski Very true
The dodo migth be your second best looking stop motion puppet the first is between the stegosaurus or triceratops' but anyways keep up good work
Intresting.
I like it, he reminds me of my pet chicken, they often do the same things to get mites off their skin just like in this video
My parents have chickens too, so I've seen how birds like that behave regularly, which gave me ideas for what to have the dodo do in my video.
@@HoopsAndDinoMan Did U & your brother use 2 live on a farm or something?
No, they just own chickens so they can get eggs from them.
@@HoopsAndDinoMan well now that saves them a trip 2 the supermarket my friend 4 the most part Anyways.🙂
Yeah you dont need to live on a farm to own chickens, or ducks actually
Oh yeah I forgot we actually know the color of the dodo bird like bay color
Yo nice
Hey what R your thoughts on this unrealized Dinosaur film Creation which would of been directed by Harry Hoyt & with stop motion by Willis O'Brien where they both worked together on The Lost World & some of the dinosaurs & scenes in that movie would later B used in King Kong.
That was great! Do you think you could do Opabinia next? It's a pretty unique animal and I think it could make for a pretty unique animation.
Ru ever gonna do more dinosaur documentary reviews?
good video
Good 2 C U making videos again my friend & you've really improved with the stop motion I hope U took Anatomy classes when U do these shorts because like Ray Harryhausen said when he met Willis O'Brien he said your stegosaurus legs look like sausages U better study anatomy. So anyways Happy Easter, stay safe, & keep doing what U do best my friend.😁
please make a video about the making of the model
It'll be coming out in a few days, but you can see it early on my Patreon.
and then we ate them all
Raphus Cucullatus is Dodo!?
Sure seems like it
I was researching about it when it turns out that this bird is the dodo
The do do bridge
Make a Tyrannosaurus Rex please please
By the way bro great music is definitely your best work yet
Could you review Amazing Dinoworld? It’s a pretty good documentary
I love dodo🦤❤
Is there going to be carnivores
That looks a bit like a baby vulture
If that's a dodo model then were did you get all those pigeon feathers
They're those feathers they use to fill pillows.
@@HoopsAndDinoMan I also 💛 how the feathers ripple just like how Kong's fur ripples when O'Brien animates him in King Kong.
Yeah, that's one of the interesting things about doing stop-motion with furry/feathery creatures, where you can't help but leave impressions against the hair/feathers every time you move the puppet in between frames, but it sort of works if you imagine it's the wind moving through them.
@@HoopsAndDinoMan Yeah I also remember watching a documentary about King Kong were stop motion animator Randy Cook said this movie is so realistic that the fur of the ape is standing out.
Also hats of to you because it must have taken months of work for this video. I certainly don't have the patience and skill to this
but maybe in the future if I work for it I might be able to achieve this and maybe even more
