When Smolder first mentioned her brother in "Molt Down", I immediately thought that i could be Garble. I'm so happy that I called that! 😀

I love the Bongos. They are one of my favorite instruments right next to the Drums, Guitar, Harmonica, Sax, Didgeridoo etc.
For some reason, I can oddly see Garble playing bongos and doing poetry alongside Maud (since she has a knack for poetry too). 😅

I kid you not, I was genuinely surprised that Garble was the brother that Smolder spoke of back in S8. I find Garble’s bullying act similar to how Babs Seed acted out against the CMC when Diamond and Silver were picking on her. I still find his past acts of bullying questionable, but I’m glad that Garble’s good side has shined through in this episode. Fun reaction guys!
I remember that a lot of people weren't very happy with this episode for a lot of reasons.
@@TheCommenterDragon Yeah i remember there were a bunch of people unhappy with this episode too. It seems it doesn't get as much hate now though which is good because it wasn't that bad.
@@TheCommenterDragon Yeah, mostly on how Garble made a 180 reformation in the span of one episode (like some other past antagonists we know), right?

Yeah that's reasonable that why we haven't any bad pony unless cozy glow who actually hasn't any reason to being bad and about diamond tiara and babs seed they're kid and age being naughty and enjoy bullying people is not weird
Even though i like this episode, i can remember when a lot of people in the fandom weren't too happy about it, mainly because they made Garble Smolder's brother, which the Brony analysts felt was completely out of nowhere which it was although the episode had some good stuff too, like it was good to see Ember again speaking of her i always laugh every time Ember blushes when Fluttershy asks if all the dragon eggs are her's in fact it makes me think-"Way to sneak in a dirty joke.lol" and the baby dragons were so adorable, however another thing that people didn't like about this episode is that Garble was named the hero of the Dragon Lands despite all the unforgivable stuff he did in the past which was a total waste for a potential redemption arc for Garble.
I like this episode too, even though I had a minor issue with Garble’s reformation. Perhaps if this subject was explored in S8 and resolved with this episode, Garble’s turnaround probably would have been better received from others, that’s what I think anyway.
Nah, Garble could still getting crushed by a giant bolder or something like that. 🤷🏼♂️

Honestly garble reformation to me is terrible in his first appearance he nonchalantly tries to kill babies and is implied to have done it before for fun. In his next appearance talks about burning and pillaging equestria to the ground and tries to kill spike even tho he saved him. And then it turns out all of that was because he was afraid of looking soft infront of his friends...
I'd give it a 6.0 to 6.5. It was a good episode. I would have thought that eggs being cold would have been common knowledge. Ember should have checked that. But those faces though. Oh my goodness those faces.
And in this, and the reaction to it, we see a lot of the issues with people taking the short cuts often used in media, as being how things actually are. They showed why Garble was the way he was, and had him do something that saved the day, clearly he's now redeemed/reformed/whatever. Which...... no, at best all that really happened is he went from being an asshole... to slightly less of an asshole and people blew things massivly out of proportion to how 'redeemed' he was meant to be.
Meanwhile the ep has a much bigger issue.... yeah the whole 'laugh fire' thing came right of nowhere and makes no sense.
But......... damn Fluttershy is just so adorable and precious and I need some insulin after that!
As to the heat thing, Ember has been there constantly for days if not weeks, and the cooling would likely have been gradual, so she didn't really notice it. Fluttershy, being a pony, the ground was likely still pretty warm to her s she wouldn't really see it as not warm enough. Spike came in fresh and knew how hot hot was for Dragons. Him being the first to note "Hey, shouldn't this ground be hotter" does make sense.
How are you two so good a guessing in this episode?
I like this episode mostly because of Smother stooding up to Garble for Spike, Spike and Flutter shy yelling enough. I don't like Gargle and the redemption he got didn't made me like him but I did like his beat poet hobby.
