MIchael J fox holding the phone here. Holy shakes batman
Here in Australia, birds do that sort of thing to distract any animal away from their chicks or eggs. Many ducks will act like it has a broken wing to lead that animal away. I think the roadrunner was doing the same.
I have seen a Roadrunner catch a gecko over her but never have I seen it kill a snake. This is amazing.
+Top Kat snakes are born with venom? usually they are more deadly due to the fact they release all their venom rather than a small amount
True!
Road runner be like, Do you know where your at bro? They don't call me the Road Runner for nuthin......Gotta Run ur ass outta here. I run the roads around here Biaaatch.
Early birds catches the most worms. Early roadrunner's catches the most snakes.
I like how the roadrunner continuously deceives, corners and tires out the rattler before breaking its spine. Go modern T-Rex.
I didn't know you could get that close to a road-runner. I used to see them cross the roads in Missouri when I worked there, they are quite spectacular.
I have had a Roadrunner come up to two feet from me while I was using a calking gun that set it off from the tool's noise.
Oh boy, six minutes of wind noise, shaky camera and machinery running in the background, I’m in
No shit huh? I wish we could've been watching his partners video that was closer & who was prolly smart enuff to frikn ZOOM IN!!
I love to see a roadrunner in the wild, usually just crossing a road but a little exciting to see them.
Way to go you brave little meep meep!!! Love it!
Still a better fight than Floyd vs Mayweather 💯
floyd last name is mayweather dummy..........
lol,you mean McGregor..
Probably means Pacquiao. The McGregor fight wasn't bad for a gimmick bout. Floyd vs. Manny was supposed to be the fight of the century but it took place years too late.
You’re a dumbass
Is he fighting himself?
Crazy! I have rattlesnakes around my house- often near the front door- and a pair of roadrunners that come for water. Maybe I'll be able to witness- and shoot a video- of something like this! Amazing. I wonder how they kill them. Looking it up right now... Thanks for the video.
the roadrunner wins every time, ma'am :^D
The rattler doesn't have much endurance and caught out in the sun cannot control his body temperature. So he gets sluggish. The bird can keep at him until he wins. Notice how cautious the bird is in the beginning until the snake tires.
anni dee what state do you live? We don't road get runners where I live.. rattlesnakes yes... sadly I'm sure it keeps the population down having road runners around
Arizona, near the border of Ca Az & Nv. Saw 2 roadrunners yesterday on our front porch, next to 2 chuckwallas! It looked like the birds were fixing to possibly eat one or both the chuckwallas, so I scared them off 😐
anni dee I'm in Mohave Valley, many road runners around. don't feed them. human food lacks what they need and a bird with a full belly doesn't need to hunt. our maybe they are filling up in quail.
Corre camino beep beep cool 😎 never seen that in my 57 years thank you for sharing 🥰
That bird has some elegant moves.
That snake was trying to get the heck out of there. 🐍
Yup, justa baby one
Meal time. RR tired him out then moved in for his hard earned meal.
I had the Looney Tunes road runner song in my head throughout this video. 🎼🔊😆
the roadrunner straight up bullying that rattlesnake
Pretty cool. Love this stuff. Thank you very much for the video!
Wow... I always thought roadrunners ate plants or only some worms... but not this kind of worms! Cool video!
Yes lots of worms in the parched habitat of the roadrunner.
Hahaha... Yes I know it sounds stupid, but that was my thought as a kid!
borismex birds don't eat plants, most herbivore ones eat fruit and nuts, and a lot eat insects and worms and arachnids a few eat larger animals like mice sometimes bigger
borismex these here worms are called biteworms...
borismex I chop the head off of a gardener snake that was over a foot long and fed it to one of my hens she got that thing down like it was a worm but I never saw her eating a worm again
Go Roadrunner! Meep meep!
Nice video Carlos, thanks for sharing it with us.
Dinosaurs didn’t go extinct, they just grew feathers.
That's one bad ass bird 😎
No. Just not real smart.
Smart move on the bird, didn’t want the snake to get in the bushes and then laid the final dagger. One less poisonous snake to worry.
This was way better than the Nat Geo video of Roadrunner vs snake
That road runner is some athlete
