I bought this blanket from Silk & Snow as my first weighted blanket. I'm a hot sleeper so out of all the weighted blanket options out there, this style appealed to me. It came down to this one vs Bearaby, but Bearaby is never on sale and costs more. The 25 pound S&S blanket is also 6 inches wider than the 25 lb Bearaby. I am satisfied with my purchase, not only does it help me sleep better, but thanks to the knitted construction, I haven't overheated yet, although we'll see how it goes during summer.
This is an absolutely gorgeous blanket. The fact that it’s cooling and a weighted blanket is even better, since by looking at it only I would guess that it’s very warming. Good to know
How do you use this - because they are not (sized) to fit a bed size, as a blanket. These are more for wrapping around yourself - and not having any other bed sheets in use. The website makes this even more sketchy by not showing any pictures of it (on a bed) - or a person actually using one.
