I bought a CN Model last November too at that store! She's a X'mas gift for my friend 😆 My friend choose a f-45 with wine red one-piece and fluffy white cape via our video call, which is really suit the winter season. ( I guess your is the one represent spring! I like that volks give us a super detailed work even with the CN model, their cloth and styling change with the season) Your f-57 is so cute! she was one of candidate for my sleepy sculpt and I'm still feel happy every time I see her pretty innocent face. Aww, thank you! I think the manual comes with all dolls. However the bag you can get only if you buy a doll at the store or on the Volks Event in Japan/USA. You won’t get the bag if you mail order a doll unfortunately...

Maybe one day I will get one and make a body comparison video. As for hands I also have no idea, as I don’t own any.
