You can tell the difference with the video in 1080p60fps it is definitely better. Anything more than that like you say uploading in 4k30fps isn't really necessary 👍
You were low enough mate. Incredibly clear footage. The real grass indeed is showing up. With our climate it will probably be green and greener next week.👍
They come in by the hydraulic tower along under the north stand and either drop the players at the north west corner of the mezzanine of the weather is bad and if the weather is good they will be dropped off at the central tunnel on the west stand. They will exit the same way. There are no vehicle movements on the east or south sides.
Thanks, Colin. Good to see some of the listed PoI's ticked off. I remain unsure what the 4 lines of white spots or covers are on the West Quay, despite your best efforts. Well done Owen on securing that particular drawing from the plans. I could find only the vertical plane version of the two-tiered benches and not that horizontal one. 😱 Well done on timing the arrival of the remaining Heritage Rail sections. Re the Pitch Stitching: that machine is a diesel-powered machine that is best run 24 hrs with 2 shifts. I don't know if they ARE running it at night. The machine has to go to the Pitch Tunnel to get more fuel from a tanker towed on a Tractor every so often. SIS Grass have a smaller electric-powered Stitcher that will do the edges of the pitch at some point over the next few days. Your close up of the cebtral part of the pitch definitley showed a green hue. @ 4:48 mins, I sighed at the growth of green alga/moss on the coping stones at the NW corner of the brick facade.

David: do you mean "Pairing Options"? I presume you mean the friendship groups where fans are seated near each other at GP and wish to maintain that close proximity in the new stadium? If so, you'll need to direct your question to EFC itself.
I was actually talking to a season ticket holder last night. So the people who have held a season ticket the longest get first choice of seats at BMD and then it goes down until everyone has chosen there new seat. My understanding was that if you wish to remain in a group of people sat together then you have choose the seats when the newest season ticket holder is able to do so and not before even if a particular person was able to choose before that. It's got both attributes, Graham. Two thirds of the D.N.O.C. is the area for Electrical Supply Substations and Back Up Generators but one third, which is rooved, comprises a few offices, and associated facilities, with the servers and connections for digital media. The Outside Broadcasters will have their vehicles hook into that facility from the West Quay Car Park. The 'media' inside the stadium comprises, TV Cameras, TV Studio, Commentators benches for TV and Radio, Press bench and specific Media Hospitality.
They are really struggling with the top corner of the pitch where the astroturf will go. Really are taking a very long time covering it with stones and that salmon coloured composite, need to hurry up stop dragging it along.

I think it would be very expensive - bear in mind there's no Russian behind him who cares little for burning money by opting to fill a Grade 2 listed dock in. Just because UNESCO have no say doesn't mean the Docks are no longer protected.
Peel own Nelson Dock and already have plans to keep it open water as part of the Liverpool Waters development, which has planning approval. The dock cannot be filled in because the water from the Leeds-Liverpool Canal must flow out into the water channel, Sandon Dock and eventually the Mersey. The Friedkins won’t be buying it and filling it in.
Gary: there have been several completion dates revealed and like all projects, the date stated on any given day is only as good as the moment it's stated. Personally I always thought it a good idea by EFC not to create unnecessary stresses by fixating on a set completion date and waiting until next season to start using it. I'd guess that the cashflow was another key parameter within the build too. At least we know TFG are committed to finishing it properly having made the money available for that.
Not a huge deal but is that brown/ yellow finish on the North stand walkway really going to be it? Would they paint it at all? Just looks a bit unsightly after all that effort has gone into the great paving work around the other sides of the ground.
Rich: the whole idea of colouring asphalt is so that you don't have to paint it, excluding road signage paint, of course. It 's with the intention of making it clear where the vehicles-only transit areas will be, with a grey colour asphalt for where vehicles can be parked. The granite setts and concrete flags denote mainly-pedestrian areas. I think the brightness of the 'tan' colour will tone down.

😆. They are like little inspection hole caps for Optic Fibre Cable runs but I've not seen them being white before. What throws me more is that they are laid out in four lines that travel in a diagonal fashion across the car park area to the DNOC rather than following the rightangled lines of the driveways and paths. Despite Colin's best efforts, for which I'm appreciative, we can't see enough detail other than white spots.

The weather unfortunately stopped me getting close enough for a decent look. You will often hear us drone operators talking about losing signal and that happens a lot far over the west stand especially if you get lower. Normally if the drone loses signal it will rise and return to where it took off from(return to home) as it uses GPS to mark its positions. When it is windy it loses its GPS capabilities and therefore it will not return to home if it loses signal so will just stay hovering in the air to it either runs out of battery and just lands where it is or eventually if you get closer then the signal returns and you gain control again. If you listen to the commentary carefully while i am over the west stand you can often hear a faint buzzing sound and that is the warnings that i have lost GPS. So i had to keep high to maintain signal, if it had been a calm day i could of gone lower with the knowledge the drone would come back up if it lost signal so will certainly try again. Long winded answer but i know you appreciate the details.
