Blood reports are normal Hla b27 negative .. All rehumatologic tests are normal.. Done mri ls spine and si joint.. Ls spine Mri says herniated disc l4l5s1 with lumbar canal stenosis.. Si joint mri ... 1. Bilateral si joint are normal 2. No obvious bony destruction and erosion are noted. 3 articular cartilage are remarkable. 4.. SACRUM AND ILLAC BONES SHOW FATTY MARROW CHANGES.. i am so much worried about fatty marrow changes.. is it normal or something dangerous like fatty infiltration or reconversion or bone marrow disorder or else.. Dear freind, thank you for the nice words There is no need to be worried, the fatty marrow is a non significant finding , your main problem is the disc prolapse, I would recommend that you do some swimming and physiotherapy, if no improvement, consult a spine surgeon for possible intervention to repair the disc Thank you again
