Wow, your sauce looks delicious! I used to cook the same way, but since I don't eat beef, I would use minced lamb/mutton, and use flat-leaf parsley, thyme and Bay leaf. Sometimes I would used minced chicken; I would then use a large bunch of basil instead of the other herbs. My Italian housemates from Bologna and Tuscany taught me that it was essential to use finely diced carrot, celery and onion for the vegetable component (aka "soffritto", when you cook these in olive oil over low heat) as this combination gives incredible flavour. They also taught me to use a little pomegranate molasses instead of wine, but including a little milk is important for getting the meat to be more tender. My friends also said that the best tomatoes to use are the ones that have been left out overnight to warm up and really develop their sweetness, and also become much easier to crush by hand. This also means that there's no need to add sugar during cooking. I have never gone wrong with their tips! Perfect pasta sauce, every time! 😀

You could either reduce it prior to pouring in the Tomatoes and deglaze the pan with it. Try adding 1-1.5 Tablespoons to an equal amount of water and deglaze until it has almost completely evaporated! Or add it into the water and make it 3Cups of liquid. Either method would work

However if you’ve got concentrated Balsamic (sounds great) I would actually de glaze it with an inexpensive red wine. Then if you desire a sweeter sauce, add some sugar, starting with 1/2 Tsp. Save the reduced glaze for better stuff! 😋
I am Italian and do not like recipes that are completely wrong of any authenticity with traditional Italian cooking. This method is so awesome that I am melting while watching how you do it !! 😋💕❤️❗❗❗❗👌💥 For me, this is worthy of an accolade 🇮🇹👏👏🏅🏆🇦🇺💯
The most important thing is to finish the last minute of cooking with the pasta INSIDE the sauce - not to just add the sauce on top of the spaghetti after plating it.

When they can take control of my allergies and make me not allergic to onion, THEN they can tell me what I can and can't put in my food. The whole reason I said I would be leaving out the onions is because I'm allergic; even a tiny bit will cause my throat to swell closed and I cannot breathe. The reason I said I will use mushrooms and extra garlic is to give back some of the texture and flavor I will be losing by leaving out the onions. I'm not going to prepare a recipe in a way that will literally kill me just to keep someone online from getting butthurt. You're not even the person who made/posted the video, so what gives you the right to say how I can and can't prepare my food? Go find someone else control because you have no say so in my life.

Since this is similar to ragu style may I suggest adding carrots and mushrooms and adding the juice of dried mushrooms (with the dried mushrooms of course) for added flavor. A splash of wine would elevate the taste even more but then it won’t be halal. But for those who are not Muslim add the wine and let it evaporate before you add the tomato sauce. It will do wonders to an already great recipe.
Honestly those plain spaghetti with the sauce on top look pretty sad and also a little overcooked. How about cooking it less and mixing it with the sauce on the fire? Secondly spaghetti aren’t the best chioce for that kind of sauce.
I make my spaghetti sauce almost the same way but I add rosemary and use beef stock rather than just water. A splash of Worcestershire sauce (pronounced wuss-ter-sher) also gives a nice piquancy.

I buy oregano, basil, parsley, and other herbs that come in leaf form (such as garlic & onion flakes), put them into a blender and mix it with salt. The mixture adds a tremendous amount of flavor to your sauces.
italian seasoning is also a good spice. Cooking is very relaxing for me... I only cook for my wife and I, if we have quests over I dont mind doing a big thing of pasta, chili, soup (I make pretty good soups... love me a good soup) My wife and I r very picky eaters sadly but I do a good job with the few ingredients that I can use.
whole leaf only works in small batches. The ground spices fill more of the sauce and are in every bite. Single meal one or two people ... whole leaf but large pot sizes need the ground ones because they rehydrate and fill the sauce with more flavor. ONLY use San Marzano tomatoes for the BEST results in all Italian cooking

I add celery and carrots to the meat and onions, that way you don't need the sugar. If you are using the sugar to reduce the acid, stop it, it doesn't work. Use 1/4 tsp baking soda instead.

I always mix it all together in the pot before serving it. Noodles shouldn't be naked for any amount of time, or they'll dry out. I also add the onions at the same time as the meat so that the meat doesn't overcook and so that the onions can soak up that beefy flavor.

Yes. You should add the pasta to the sauce as is shown on the splash page. Pouring the sauce onto cooked (but dry) pasta is no bueno.

But I made it by putting the onions first; because I'm not a big fan of them; but I know they are necessary; so I put them first so they melt completely; then the garlic until it turns golden and finally the meat... I did the rest exactly the same and I congratulate you for this delicious dish👏👏👏!!!
I always mix it all together in the pot before serving it. Noodles shouldn't be naked for any amount of time, or they'll dry out. I also add the onions at the same time as the meat so that the meat doesn't overcook and so that the onions can soak up that beefy flavor.
@MD QasQas Then, I would have to mix it up on my plate (because I don't want any dry, naked noodle in my mouth) and that's too messy; mixing it up on the plate at the table. lol But, to each their own.
